3 ART Pop Art is a major art movement of the second half of the 20th century (and continues today) which includes imagery from popular culture, sometimes removed from its typical context, isolated, and/or combined with unrelated material. Pop Art employs aspects of popular culture such as advertising, comic books, and other common objects as opposed to those characteristic of more elitist culture. It is often simple, fun and colorful! Famous Pop Art artists include Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, Robert Indiana, Keith Haring, Jasper Johns, and more recently, Romero Britto. Art with Jenny K 2018 ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

4 Art with Jenny K. Coloring Pages OPTIONS: I have included an interactive version and a pattern-filled version of this Noel coloring page. This will allow for differentiation in your classroom. If you work with children PreK to 1st grade the pattern filled version is probably the best option. If you work with children in grades 2+ then the interactive version would be great. Instructions for using my interactive design is on the next page. Of course, you know your students best so use what works for you. Adults will even love them! 5 Interactive Coloring Sheets: How-To 1. Using the patterns in the five small boxes at the bottom of each page, fill in the different parts of the picture by drawing in the patterns, designs or textures. Add your own signature doodle to your image. You are the artist of this coloring page. Let your creative juices flow! 2. Color all the shapes and patterns.
