It was moved Charman and seconded by Messer's H. Ravnsborg and M. Cranda that Mr. Proctor Pasen be nomnated. As there were no other nomnatons Mr. Pasen was decared eected by accamaton. Secretary L.G. Sanders was apponted as Secretary on moton by Mr. Ivor Daves amd seconded by Mr. Fred Hnt. Agenda It was moved and seconded by Messers R.
