1 HOSPITALITY RIDER LOJO CINEMA EL MUNDO 2013 MAD MINUTE MUSIC - tél : +33 (0) Update: 2013 January 21 This technical rider is an integral part of the contract and must be strictly observed. Thank you for sending it signed with a technical rider of the venue and a list of the equipment (PA system, monitors, light and backline). In case of any question, please contact the tour manager : Sebastien Lefort : Cell /// tourman@lojo.org 1 STAGE The stage must be horizontal, level and free of any object. The following dimensions are required : - width : 12 m - depth : 8 m - height : 1 m - clear height : 5 m 2 SOUNDCHECK The backline must be set up for the sound check time. The band needs 2h00 for sound check. No people apart from personnel should be allowed in the venue during sound check. 3 - P A SYSTEM LIGHTS All the equipment must be provided by the promoter at his sole cost. The equipment must be set up and ready to operate for the soundcheck time. The band travels with his sound engineers (FOH and monitors) and light engineer. One qualified electrician has to be present from the band s arrival to load out. 4 - SOUND - BACKLINE LIGHTS To be provided and paid by the promoter : see sound, lights and backline annexes. 5 - DRESSING ROOMS CATERING 2 clean dressing rooms in immediate vicinity of stage at the exclusive use of artists. This room must be fitted with adequate heating and/or ventilation, mirrors, clothes rails, iron and ironing board, chairs (10 people), ash trays, it must have a direct access to private toilets and showers and be lockable. The key will be given to the tour manager at the arrival of the band. Before the band arrival for sound check, and until the end of the show, the promoter will provide and pay for a catering at the exclusive use of the artists. For example : - salads, cold meats, cheese, iogurts, fresh fruits - bread, butter, salt, pepper, - hot coffee and tea with sugar and lemon - bottles of mineral water, fruit juice, beers - 1 bottle of a good red wine

2 - glasses, plates, forks, spoons, knifes, opener, napkins For the stage : 9 bottles of mineral water without gas and 6 clean towels. 5 HOTELS See contract. The hotel will be located near the venue if possible. All the rooms must have private bath, TV, Wifi, minibar, direct phone. 6 RESTAURANT 1 vegetarian / See contract. 7 TRAVELS At the band arrival (railway station or airport), the promoter will provide a car for the band and crew. This vehicle will be available for any possible errands and all the transferts. If the band travels by bus, the promoter will provide and pay for a safe parking place, near hotel, restaurant and venue. 8 SECURITY Security personnel will be present at least 30 minutes before doors open to audience. Backstage and stage areas must be strictly reserved to technicians and musicians. The promoter must take out insurance policy to garantee and insure, at all times safety of artists, artists personnel, instruments, clothes and personnal property for all the contract duration. See contract for more precisions. 9 - RECORDINGS (AUDIO OR VIDEO) PHOTOS Recordings (audio or video) and photos are strictly prohibited during the show without prior authorisation. 10 MISCELLANEOUS The band plays one ininterrupted set. There are no interval breaks without prior authorisation. A guest list (see contract) will be reserved for the band, at the box office. The press cuttings regarding the band appearance have to be send to MAD MINUTE MUSIC office in two copies. THIS RIDER MUST BE RETURNED SIGNED WITH THE CONTRACT TO MAD MINUTE MUSIC (OBS : INCLUDING THE 6 TECHNICAL ANNEXES PAGES). THE VENUE S TECHNICAL RIDER AND SPECIFICATIONS + THE SOUND, LIGHT AND BACKLINE LISTS NEED TO BE SENT TO THE TOUR MANAGER. DATE THE PROMOTER

LOJO CINEMA EL MUNDO 2013 Contact Sound : Tonio / harcourt.anthony@neuf.fr The organiser must provide a professional quality sound set-up as well as a qualified technician to ensure the installation and the technical assistance during the soundcheck and the concert. A complete technical dossier (listing the sound and the lighting equipment as well as a map of the room) will be given to the group s tour manager 3 weeks before the performance. SOUND FRONT OF HOUSE PA SYSTEM A professional quality system, 2/3 active channels with sub, heads installed high up (2.30 metres minimum). Front fills must be provided in the event of a very open stage. Pro-System types : D&B, C-Heil, Nexo, Martin, EAW... The power will be suitable for the venue and will enable a readability and optimal comprehension of the instruments and voices (10 watts per person).
