Please also note: Kari/Meshell will give guidelines to both the monitor and front of house engineer. All backline must be setup by backline company or venue before band and crew arrives, the closest to the stage plot as possible. We travel by air or train, and we don't get to the venues much earlier than an hour or two before gates open - please specify this to rental company when ordering backline. Thank you! 7 BACKSTAGE FACILITIES, DRESSING ROOMS & HOSPITALITY Dressing Rooms Purchaser agrees to provide Two (2) clean, air conditioned and heated (if necessary) lockable dressing rooms. All rooms must be capable of being locked and keys must be given to road manager at the time of band's arrival. Should rooms not have lock capabilities, road manager reserves the right to assign a security person to guard the dressing rooms. Ten (10) large white towels, chairs, 1 sofa, 2 tables, hangers, AC outlet, 1 full-length mirror, soap, a private shower, lavatory facilities. Purchaser should label one room "MESHELL 1" and the other "MESHELL 2" before time of band's arrival. One dressing room shall be free of all food items and electronics. Catering Purchaser agrees to provide: Dressing Room Salad with organic lettuces and greens, arugula, watercress, etc. Sealed bag please. Small bottle each of quality Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Ripe Avocados French bread (baguettes) PG Tips Tea Red Tea Apples, Pears or seasonal fruit Low mercury tuna packed in oil Sandalwood or Cedar Incense 2 cases of mineral spring water - one case cold, one at room temperature NO EVIAN WATER. 8 In the event that a buyout is realistically impossible, Purchaser shall provide a hot meal for 8 people: Purchaser can provide catering or offer as follows: (caterer must provide 2 choices; 1 vegan and 1 non-vegetarian meal) Soup & Salad (lots of salad); 1 Fish dish and 1 Vegan dish. Assorted steamed vegetables Fresh fruit and dessert Please also note that the Vegan meals need to be butter-free. Also, we all love curries Buyout must be a minimum of US $25.00 per person.

9 CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES AND VIDEO EQUIPMENT The purchaser will ensure that NO recording of any sort or description and for any purpose shall be made of the Artist's performance without the consent of Artist's management. PURCHASER SHALL POST NOTICES THROUGHOUT THE VENUE PROHIBITING THE USE OF FLASH PHOTOGRAPHY. SECURITY IS TO BE MADE AWARE OF THIS RESTRICTION AND MUST ENFORCE THE CONFISCATION OF CAMERAS PRIOR TO THE PERFORMANCE AND FOLLOWING THE LAST SONG. THIS IS CRITICAL FOR MEDICAL REASONS. LIGHTING REQUIREMENT (guideline anything close to this will be accepted, as well as fixed "in-house" lighting system - no need to rent in that case) The following shall be provided and paid for by the Purchaser. Any and all changes must be approved by the Artists production manager. Promoter shall provide a Lighting Designer who must be available during the show. Promoter will provide the following: Two (2) sixty-foot truss holding 59 in rear and 49 in front Sixty channel fully computerized programmable board, Celco Eighteen ('18) 6x9 Leko's 132 Par (medium flood on rear truss, narrow spot on front truss, Par 64's on truss for narrow spots) Total 150 lamps with gels on list Two (2) side fill ladders that will hold twenty (20) lamps, five (5) rows with four (4) lamps *** There can be absolutely NO strobes. no flashing, pulsing, or follow-spot lighting!! *** *** There can be absolutely NO smoke or fog machines! *** SOUND REQUIREMENTS FOR MESHELL NDEGEOCELLO FOH P.
