1 In this Rider you will find all the requirements for an optimal and hassle-free PÆNDA show. If you think you might run into problems with our demands, just contact us and we ll find a solution. This rider is part of the contract! I. TRAVELPARTY AND CREW Unless otherwise agreed, the PÆNDA travelparty consists of 3 musicians and at least one technician, who participate in Load-In, performances, and Load-Out of the show. Please check for additional Crewmembers (MGNT/Driver/Merch/Lights/Backline) in advance. II. DRESSING ROOMS - BACKSTAGE ROOMS All dressing rooms must be clean, heated and/or air conditioned, with hot and cold running water and showers. We need one big mirror or three small MIRRORS (MAKEUP MIRROR), PROPER LIGHT and the rooms must be readily accessible to the stage. These spaces should be available from the beginning of Load-In. III. HOSPITALITY The Presenter will provide sufficient quantities of refreshments for the band and the travelparty for the duration of the engagement. We totally trust your feeling of what you want to provide us, but if you want to make us really happy - here is a list of our preferences: Bottled water (carbonated and still for load in and on stage) fruit juice, white wine, beer, Radler, Coca Cola Lots of Coffee (with milk and sugar) snacks, fruits and sweets These items should be presented in a location in close proximity to the dressing rooms and stage. We expect a warm meal for every band and crew member on the day of the show.

2 IV. SOUND REQUIREMENTS: STAGE: The stage has to be dry, rain- and windproof. Power outlet coverage for the entire stage. (Audio AC Distribution System must be separate and fully isolated from lighting power!) For a fast and uncomplicated changeover we suggest three (3) moveable risers Staging and risers should have white gaffers tape or glow tape around the sides. PA: The System has to be able to reproduce 110dBA of clean (20 Hz 20 khz), undistorted and phase coherent sound with enough headroom (measured at FOH) and must be at least 3- way actively crossed over. A system-tech should be on-site for technical questions and help. FOH: One (1) mixing desk with at least 16 channels (please no Behringer, Mackie or old Yamaha e.g. LS/M7) with 48V Phantom, insert, tunable locut, EQ with double parametric mids and parametric lo/hi shelf, 8 aux sends (pre/post switchable!) Midas Pro / Soundcraft Vi / Yamaha CL series are highly appreciated If an analog desk is provided the FOH-Siderack should consist at least of the following gear: Four (4) Compressor/Limiters (BSS DPR-404 / DBX 160x/a) Four (4) FX Engines - Lexicon, TC, Yamaha, D2 (Gated Rev, Plate, Hall, Tap Delay) Two (2) 1/3-octave graphic EQ for the house system MONITORING: Unless otherwise agreed the Band brings its own wireless InEar Systems. No monitoring wedges are needed! The Band s InEar-monitoring is mixed via personal Mixing Systems. audio-technica (Gabi) MHz LD Systems (Chrissi) MHz WIRELESS RADIO: The Singer uses a Shure Handheld Wireless System ( MHz) The presenter has to take care that there are sufficient and (if necessary) registered frequencies in the desired frequency-bands for the time of the engagement!

They are only on the stage and are mounted on floor stands or dolly stacks. One dedicated 16A on 400V power supply on stage for lights. FOH should preferably be at the center of the stage and at least 1,5 meters wide. It is necessary to ensure that no unauthorized persons have access to FOH!
