2 The New Power Soul Production Rider Transportation & Lodging Airline: Promoter shall provide to Artist and Band Members the following; 1. 1 business class round trip airline ticket (when budget permits) Marva King. 9 coach round trip tickets for band members and crew (All flights must be viewed by road manager prior to final purchase) Ground 1. One 12 Passenger Van pick up or transportation according to promoter accommodations available for the band pick up and return Van use from times of airport arrivals until and airport departures. To venue, band to and from sound check depending on location. Band to and from show. Hotel The following lodging must be booked at a 3 Star Hotel or higher NONSMOKING rooms for band and crew. 3. Promoter must make arrangement with hotel management to have all hotels rooms available upon arrival for The Band and Crew. Confirm arrive time with Marva King or Road Manager. Note* All above arrangements must be coordinated with Marva King or by road manager at least two weeks in advance of show. Show Tickets and Passes Promoter shall make available the following; 1. Twelve All Access passes for Band and Crew 2. 6 VIP passes for special guests. Settlement Monetary settlement shall be made with Marva King or the road manager. Ideally it should take place a minimum of ONE HOUR prior to show time. VIDEO TAPPING ALLOWED OF PERFORMANCE not allowed, unless agreed upon Prior to by both parties. Only artist issued photos, directly from Miss King or management, can be used for promotion. Dressing Room Promoter shall make available at the venue the following accommodations; 1. One dressing room for the 4 ladies of the band with chairs, one bathroom with access to at least one more, one clothing rack, adequate lighting and refreshments as required on the catering page. A second dressing room for Band Guys with seating or chairs for six, one bathroom, adequate lighting and refreshments as required on the catering page. 3. One green room with meet & greet capability. Sound Check A Sound check performance is required prior to show. This sound check is to be scheduled with the production manager and DOES NOT include stage setup time. Supply a minimum of four stage hands and one back line tech for load in. Two stage hands, one back line tech must be provided during show.

3 Catering Rider Promoter shall provide snacks and or meals for the band & working crew, sound & lighting personal, artist production staff members. The following meal times should be arranged with artist s production manager according to show schedule. The following are recommended; Lunch or Dinner (Prior to Showtime) To include Vegetarian, chicken and or turkey dishes, sandwiches, side dishes, individual bags of chips, salad & desert selections to accommodate the band and crew. Apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, sodas & Alkaline water. The following beverages for dressing rooms prior to band arrival to venue on show day and to remain until 1 hour after show: For Band Room: fresh fruit, A pot of Coffee, One large pot of hot water with assorted herbal teas, honey and lemon, water, cranberry Juice & soda. Following stage requirements to be provide by production s stage manager black or white towels (Two large and fourteen medium hand towels) bottles of spring water for the stage.

4 Travel Itinerary Travel for The New Power Soul will be from multiple cities. TBD by the date of shows and member s previous itineraries

6 House Console The house console should be at least 48 channels Pro Desk with 12 aux sends and 1 2VCA s or Subgroups. Example of acceptable consoles are; YAMAHA PM5D, Avid Profile or Sound Craft VI6. Monitor Console A dedicated monitor desk with at least 48 channels and 12 or more mix outputs capabilities. Preferably one that is comparable to the FOH console. Set monitor desk on stage right side. House Speaker System A speaker system is required with the ability to provide 100db of clear audio, distortion free, full bandwidth sound to each seat of the venue. Provide two channels of clear com at FOH, Monitors and Lighting. This system should have a switcher so as to switch between inputs and I-mag. Cameras for I mag are suggested but not a requirement.
