(This does not necessarily have to be many individuals - for instance, lighting op and stagehand can be the same person) RECORDING Gino atteo reserves the right to record the show for reference purposes only. Fans and concertgoers are also permitted to record audio and video for noncommercial use only. All other forms of commercial recording, including audio, video, television, radio and all forms of digital recording are forbidden without prior written permission from Gino atteo or their representatives for each occasion. Flash photography is permitted and encouraged during the show. SCHEDULE Band Load in: show minus 3hr Band: show minus 2 1/2hr

5 Soundcheck: show minus 2 1/2hr - show minus 1hr eal break: show minus 1 1/2 hr Doors: show minus 1/2hr PARKING Purchaser agrees to provide, without let or hindrance from any local authority, traffic warden, etc. sufficient parking for a 15-passenger van with trailer immediately adjacent to the venue. It is essential that all the entrances and exits, loading and parking areas, be kept clear at all times, especially in the event of snow and/or ice conditions. LIGHTING Three general color washes; six specials, one for each musician; two spotlights (if available) for solos and a bright wash on the crowd/dance area. Scrims will need to be lit with red and blue gels at 2 locations. SCENERY N/A - TBD DRESSING ROOS Promoter must provide at least one large, quiet, private dressing room available from the time of load-in until load-out. This room(s) is for the exclusive use of GINO ATTEO, and should contain comfortable seating for eight (8), a large mirror, a case of water (24, 12 oz. plastic bottles), heating/air conditioning, and private bathroom. There should be direct stage access and be in close proximity to a phone. ACCOODATIONS If agreed upon, PROOTER/BUYER shall provide a safe, comfortable, hotel within three (3) miles of venue. Accommodations for eight (8) people, four (4) double bed hotel rooms. ERCHANDISE An area of the lobby or other suitable safe location should be set aside for sales of Gino atteo merchandise and CD signing. At least two 8 tables are required for this. Gino atteo will sign CD S after the show. CATERING & BUY-OUT 1. Purchaser agrees to provide one of the following: a. Buy-out for Artist and Artist's crew, eight (8) people at $20/person, a total of $ or b. Catered/restaurant meal at no cost to Artist, for eight (8) people. Dinner must include poultry or fish unless notified before hand. 2. Please See HOSPITALITY RIDER Attached. SECURITY Please ensure at all times that the stage, dressing rooms and mix position are off limits and secure. Sound Company please supply. DI boxes, Boom mic stands and power conversion from Euro to US 120** for use of pedal boards and effects that Gino atteo will bring with them. **Europe Only.
