1 PLEASE NOTE THIS AN EXAMPLE RIDER. A SPECIFIC RIDER WILL BE ISSUED AT THE TIME OF CONTRACTING. THE LONDON COMMUNITY GOSPEL CHOIR CONTRACT RIDER Management to provide and pay for the following, in addition to the fee, and at no expense to Artist or Artist s representatives:- 1. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION x single rooms and x twin rooms for nights all with private facilities, T.V., direct dial telephone and including breakfast in a first class hotel. 2. TRANPORTATION The promoter shall provide and pay for a private coach with a minimum of 40 seats, with ample space for equipment and baggage, with a driver. The promoter also agrees to pay for all expenses concerning the bus transportation including fuel, hotel room and food for the bus driver. The bus must be available for full days. The bus must be available for the round trip from airport to hotel, hotel to venue as well as any local transportation as deemed necessary by the LCGC. The LCGC will receive information concerning the type of bus as well as bus company, address, telephone and fax number. 3. DRESSING ROOMS A Minimum of four dressing rooms with locks are needed (two for female choir members, one for male choir members, one for the band), the key of each dressing room must be given to Road Manager or Choir Director upon arrival. Each dressing room must have tables and chairs in sufficient quantity for all choir members, mirrors with lights and must be heated in winter. One iron and ironing board to be provided. 4. REFRESHMENTS (A) A HOT BUFFET BREAKFAST PER PERSON PER DAY IS REQUIRED. For example: Eggs and bacon or sausage, toast with butter and preserve, fruit juice, tea with sugar, lemon, milk, coffee and hot chocolate. Also acceptable: oatmeal porridge, waffles and pancakes to be decided on by artists. (B) ONE LUNCH PER PERSON PER DAY IS REQUIRED (C) ONE HOT MEAL PER PERSON PER DAY IS ALSO REQUIRED. For example: Chicken, fish or beef with vegetables, potatoes, rice, salad dressing, bread or rolls, butter, cheese, desserts, wine, tea and coffee, bottled water in the dressing rooms and during any interval.

2 5. COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS Management to make 10 complimentary tickets available to LCGC or their representative. Management will also provide name and company of all media invitations made by him, to LCGC or their representative. 6. REHEARSAL A technical rehearsal period with sound ready for "check out" should be arranged prior to performance. 7. ADVERTISING LCGC shall receive 100% sole star billing where agreed on all advertising (paid or gratis) and publicity releases including without limitations, radio airtime, television commercials, newspaper and trade advertising, posters, flyers, programs, marquees, billboards and tickets etc. The correct billing for LCGC is:- "THE LONDON COMMUNITY GOSPEL CHOIR - In Concert" All advertising will be paid for by the Management. 8. MERCHANDISING AND SPONSORS There will be no merchandising of any products affiliated with LCGC unless previously agreed upon in writing by LCGC. Any form of sponsorship using the name LCGC must also be approved by LCGC and/or Agent. At LCGC's request, Management must make available table and chairs in a suitable place in order to sell products affiliated with LCGC. 9. RADIO/TELEVISION All rights reserved. Any radio or t.v. broadcast should be solely and exclusively negotiated with LCGC or their representative by separate agreement. No other audio/video recording will be allowed. If such equipment is found, it will be confiscated until the end. 10. PHOTOGRAPHY No on-stage photographs will be allowed without the WRITTEN permission of the LCGC or their representative.
