4 ANDY FRASCO HOSPITALITY RIDER This rider regarding ANDY FRASCO engagement is herein made a part of the attached contract. Travelparty: Andy Frasco travels with seven (7) musicians plus two (2) crew. First and foremost: we are not the pickiest band in the world. We appreciate everything you do for us, and we understand the hard work y all put in. However, we like to be comfortable. You reading this rider means you care about making the band feel comfortable, fuck yeah! Keep in mind that the quality of the show is directly linked to the hospitality (and amount of booze to a lesser extent). We would love to be able to prepare ourselves for the gig in a clean, lockable dressing room with sufficient lighting and heating/airconditioning. We also like to rest our lazy asses on a comfortable couch or a nice chair. Wifi has become one of our most important requirements of survival, so please share the passcode with us. We prefer to have diner after soundcheck, no later than an hour and a half before the show. We like to be able to freak people out, and this can be hard when dealing with a big ass turd-to-be in the stomach. Diner times can be agreed upon with the tourmanager once the band arrives. If, for whatever reasons, meals cannot be provided, the buyout ( 15 per member of the band) is to be provided at get-in. Catering Food and Beverages (to be provided at get-in, or 3 hours prior to doors) - 9 awesome homecooked warm meals. We prefer meat over anything else. Some Meal Examples: Chicken or Steak with sides, Asian (Chang would love this), Italian - Various sandwiches to be served at get-in 1 Fresh fruit plate (banana s, grapes, oranges, strawberries) 1 bag of potato chips 1 Sweet snack (candy or cookies) 2 Cases (24 ct.) Jupiler/local Beers 1 case of bottled water and softdrinks (Coke [NO pepsi!], Sprite, Fanta, etc) Fresh coffee and hot water for tea ready at load-in (include creamers, sugar, etc) 12 cans of Red Bull 1 liter bottle of Jagermeister 10 clean dry towels 2 packs of Lucky Strike Light (additive free/ohne zusatzen) 3 grams of that delicious Dutch weed.and feel free to add whatever you think we would enjoy to this list! Tech PRESENTER agrees to provide a professional quality sound check prior to the performance. The place of engagement shall be made ready and available to ARTIST by 5 PM day of engagement or 3 hours prior to engagement in the case of an afternoon engagement. Light and sound technicians (those who will be operating the systems during the performance) shall be made available to do a complete rehearsal.

5 Technical Support: PRESENTER agrees to provide professional sound & monitor systems. (Specific details to be advanced) Please see attached stage plot & input list. Merchandising: ARTIST reserves the right to sell merchandise free from commission to the PRESENTER unless a percentage for the venue has been previously negotiated by AGENCY and is noted on the contract. ARITST will provide own merchandise attendant. PRESENTER must provide 1-6 table, in a well-lit highly visible area, for ARTIST S use. Reproduction: ARTIST maintains an open taping policy and encourages the live audio / video recording and professional photography of the live performance. ARTIST requests that any such reproductions be provided to management after performance date. Reproductions are not to be sold for profit.
