3 The following technical rider presents the extended version of Drops & Points. It is a modular live project available with different line-up (trio) and visual setups. 4 SCHEDULE Get in & load in : 1h Visual and audio setup on stage : 2h Soundcheck and rehearsals : 1h30 Concert : 1h30 Please provide the following technical team : - 1 x Stage sound technician - 1 x Monitor engineer - 1 x FOH technician - 1 x Light engineer - 1 x Video technician After the concert, we need a minimum of one hour to remove and pack our material. HOSPITALITY Dressing Room: Clean, dry, well-lit and heated/air conditioned dressing room with chairs, table and a full- length mirror. Catering: On arrival of artists to be provided in dressing room; mineral water, coffee (with sugar, milk), some sandwiches & fresh beers. Promoter will also provide dinner or give a cash buy-out. Hotel: quiet single rooms (exact nr will be confirmed for each concert date) in minimum 4-star hotel, nearest possible to the hall. All rooms must have private bathroom, telephone, internet connection, 24-hour room service, mini bar. Rooms should be ready upon Artist arrival (if arriving early please arrange EARLY CHECK IN with the hotel!). Local Transport: from and to airport or train station to hotel, & between hotel & hall. CD s: the promoter will provide a table in an appropriate place as well as a person to sell Artist s cd s after the performance. Complementary Tickets: Upon request, promoter will provide Artists with 10 guest tickets to be held at the box office under the Artists names unless other prior arrangements have been made. 10 AUDIO EQUIPMENTS TO PROVIDE MAIN P.A. 1 x stereo system type L.Acoustics, D&B, or equivalent + Subs Installed with a Professional PA company so the design is adjusted to the venue for the best coverage and definition of sound in the Public area. A Flying Line Array System is preferred. The System Engineer from the PA company will do the EQ and align the System. MIXING DESK Please provide a digital configuration 1 x mixer Yamaha CL5 or equivalent 2 x external effects PCM96 Lexicon 1 x external effect Yamaha SPX90 1 x external effect TC D2 A computer with an RME audio interface is provided and used on the FOH. It requires a stereo AUX output and a stereo Input on the FOH mixer. MONITORS Please inform us in advance if a monitor desk and engineer is provided by the hall. 13 VIDEO TO PROVIDE The main video control desk is placed in the backstage as close as possible to the beamers.
