2 Section Two: Business Rider #1: Advertising, Promotion & Public Relations Billing for the act must be: THE HIT MEN: Legendary Rock Supergroup. This specific language must be used wherever the act is featured on the venue s calendars, website landing pages, brochures, other collateral, Facebook postings, print and broadcast advertising. Purchaser to obtain the most current photographs and biographical information for this engagement from the Booking/Management Agent. Artist s biographical information and current photos can also be obtained through Artist s website. ALL website listings, advertising and Playbill/Program information to be reviewed by Artist s Management prior to production and release. Purchaser shall not make any commitments for any personal interviews, personal appearances and/or any type of promotional activities including, but not limited to all radio, television, newspaper and magazine interviews for the Artist without the prior consent of the Artist or Artist s PR/Publicity Agent. #2: Transportation and Accommodations Purchaser shall provide the following for Artist and Artist s traveling personnel: Unless included as part of the overall Artist Fee, six (6) direct, non-stop (if available) round-trip airfares from the city of residence or existing location to city of performance. Reimbursement for contractually agreed upon tickets must be discussed with Artist s Booking/Management agent in advance. In the event Purchaser has agreed to pay Artist s airfare rather than purchase and forward tickets to Artist, Purchaser shall immediately, upon presentation to Purchaser, of Artist s invoice, reimburse Artist, by Certified Check, such airfares and/or travel expenses. Failure to immediately reimburse Artist shall be deemed a material breach of this Agreement. Purchaser shall reimburse to Artist all excess baggage and/or airfreight costs, each way, with respect to the engagement in a timely manner. Purchaser shall provide the Artist with ground transportation and driver to/from airport, hotel and venue OR reimburse to Artist the cost of rental vehicle(s) of adequate size to accommodate Artist s entourage, equipment and personal items. Purchaser is responsible for providing six (6) One-Bedroom hotel rooms for Artist for the evening(s) before and evening(s) of the sound check/rehearsal and performance. Artist requests clean, upscale accommodations (Hilton Garden Inn, Marriott, Hampton Inn quality or better). Please do not book rooms at motor hotels such as Best Western, Quality Inn, Motel 6 or similar as they are not acceptable.

3 #3: Dressing Rooms Purchaser shall furnish Artist with use of 2 private dressing rooms or 1 extra large dressing room under lock and key and in reasonably close proximity to the stage. Dressing rooms must be properly heated and cooled, ventilated, cleaned, and in good order. Dressing room(s) to be equipped with comfortable seating, power outlets, good quality lighted mirrors, private lavatory facilities (or in close proximity to public lavatory facilities which must then be closed to the public), clothes rack or closet, iron and ironing board or steamer, and bottled water. #4: Recording No recording, either audio or visual, may be made of Artist s performance by any method whatsoever without prior written consent of the Artist s Executive Producer No transmission by radio, television, closed circuit, direct wire, film or any other method whatsoever may be made without prior written consent of the Executive Producer. #5: Financial All matters pertaining to Artist Payment should be directed to the Booking/Management Agent. Final payment is due on the day of the performance, with check payable to BiCoastal Productions delivered to the Executive Producer prior to the performance. Section Three: Technical Rider #1: Overview Purchaser must supply production (power, stage, sound, lights). This includes a front of house console and a monitor console with a monitor engineer. Note: If FOH console is analog, we require at least 6 outboard compressors, 1 reverb unit, and 1 delay unit. Purchaser must advance all technical requirements with the Artist s Audio/Technical Director. Unless otherwise agreed to, the Artist will use house back-line, specifications for which are provided herein, and will bring their own electric guitar and bass guitar only.

4 #2: Backline to be provided by Purchaser: Six Vocal Mics (6) o Four (4) Shure Beta 58 o One (1) Beta 56a for drummer o One Shure Wireless Beta 58 Two (2) Fender Blues DeVille 4x10 amps or equivalent (2 nd amp as backup) One (1) Aguilar Tone Hammer or Hartke bass head with matching 4x10 or 2x10 speaker cabinet. One (1) Keyboard with 88 weighted keys Yamaha Motif 08 or equivalent with sustain pedal. This will be Keys 1 One (1) USB Midi Keyboard, 61 keys Axiom Pro preferred. This will be Keys 2 Two (2) Keyboard Stands one tier design. One (1) Keyboard bench for Keys 1 One (1) Percussion table, placed adjacent to Keys 2 One (1) Dreadnaught acoustic guitar with internal pickup and strap. Must have fresh battery, new strings, straight neck and reasonable playing action. One (1) Fender Strat or Gibson electric with strap (backup guitar) One (1) Fender five string bass with strap (backup bass) Four (4) Guitar Stands Hercules preferred. Plexiglass drum baffle/shield (see drum requirements page) Two (2) flat topped black stage stools for Guitarist and Bassist Three (3) lighted music stands for horns (8 piece band setup only) Three (3) stools for horn players (8 piece band setup only) Additional equip required: Commercial grade video Projector w/ VGA or HDMI input capability, 15-25k lumens minimum with large screen behind band. 12 #5: Video Projection Equipment Purchaser to provide commercial grade video projector, preferebly with HDMI input, minimum15-25k lumens and a large screen behind the drummer to be utilized for multimedia presentation throughout the show. The bottom of the projected images and video should align just above the drummer s head to prevent blockage of lower third text. The video presentation is an essential component of the show. It is crucial that the location of the screen must not be in front of or blocking the musicians. Two screens, one on either side of the stage are also acceptable in lieu of a rear screen and will of course require two projectors. The multimedia presentation will originate from and be generated by a MacBook Air running the Qlab app. The HDMI cable must connect the projector to FOH as the band s audio mixer will be controlling the multimedia presentation from the laptop at the FOH console. #6: Lighting Purchaser to advance all lighting with the Executive Producer. In general, Artist will utilize all available house equipment and positions. Show will require a venue supplied lighting operator(s) who follow lighting cues provided by the Executive Producer. Lighting set up: Front Light: Fixture: Focused On: 1 Lee (Kbd 1) 2 Jim (Guitar) 3 Russ & Steve when center stage 4 Jeff (Bass) 5 Russ (when at Kbd 2 station) 6 Steve (Drums) Fixtures 1 thru 6 should be focused respectfully at the locations named above. Source 4 Leko s are preferred; degree of units will depend on the theater s throw distance from hanging position to stage. The Fixtures should create approximately an 8 field of light at each location with some overlap between each Band member. In addition to the band member specials, a general front wash is required that will wash the entire stage including the area in front of the microphones. These fixtures should be gelled with Lee 201 or equivalent. Back Light: A three-color backwash of Par 64 or Source4 Pars Fixtures with enough of each to wash entire stage. Colors: Rosco 26 Bright Red or equivalent Rosco 21 Golden Amber or equivalent Rosco 80 Primary Blue or equivalent

13 Theatre is free to use the backwashes in any combination that seems fit to the song being performed. #7: Purchaser Representative Purchaser and/or senior representative must be present at Engagement from first crew call to final departure. This person should be competent to deal with all issues relevant to the Engagement and must be authorized to make monetary decisions. #8: Venue Technical Information Purchaser shall furnish to the Executive Producer all pertinent technical information and tech/backline contact info at least four (4) weeks prior to the engagement. #9: Comp Tickets Purchaser shall provide Ten (10) tickets to the Artist free of charge for the performance.

14 #10: Lobby Signing and Merchandise Purchaser shall provide one 8 foot table with five chairs and five to ten new black sharpie markers, as well as stanchions and ropes in the lobby to be utilized after the show for merchandise and autographs.

15 Section Four: Catering Rider Purchaser shall provide six (6) servings: Hot meal (2 - Chafing dish entrees Chicken, Pasta, mixed vegetables, etc.) Large green salad Fresh Fruit, cheese & crackers Soft Drinks and bottled water Hot tea and coffee Two (2) bottles of bottled water placed at each position on stage Food requests for bassist, Jeff Ganz: We ask that a dinner be put aside for Jeff Ganz with PLAIN broiled, baked or grilled chicken, beef or fish filet. NO breading, NO sauces, NO butter, NO oils, NO cheese or dairy products of any kind. Plain steamed vegetables (steamed broccoli, steamed string beans, etc.) NO corn salads with NO added croutons or cheese. ALL DRESSINGS ON SIDE.

16 Section Five: Labor Rider Section Five: Labor Rider Artist requires the TD or house technician, plus competent sound and lighting staff to be on-site and available from load-in time until completion of sound check, then from 1 hour before performance until 1 hour after performance. In the event that Artist provides its own backline, Artist requires a minimum of 2 strong persons to unload, assist in setup, strike and load-out of all equipment. These people must be available from Load-In time and for approximately 2 hours after Load-In. They again need to be available immediately at completion of performance and for approximately 1 hour following.
