1 Concert Rider Clube do Balanço 1. General Information Please read this Concert Rider carefully and contact us in case you have any doubts and/or questions in order to discuss further details. 2. Local Transport 02 Vans for the crew/artists and the instruments (11 persons) 3. Staff/Per Diem 9 musicians, 1 sound engineer, 1 road manager 11 total Also, we need a Per Diem of US$ 80 per person/day total U$880/day 4. Hotel Accommodation We require accommodation at least in a four-star hotel including buffet breakfast. If is possible near the venue. Room division according to our room-list (item I). For entire passport information, please see the passport details (item II). Please note that the TWIN-BEDS have to be separated Beds! If it is possible, book all the rooms at the same floor. All rooms should be quiet ones. 4. Sound Rider In item III you will find all technical requirements: F.O.H, Monitor, Aux-Mixes, Backline, Input-List, Stage-Plot, Stage-Setting, Lighting. If you need to reduce our specified requirements, please contact <atendimento@clubedobalanco.com.br> so we can make any necessary arrangements. 5. Back line We travel with a minimum of instruments to decrease the air transport weight. So we require the following specific backline items, described below in the item BACKLINE. 6. Technical Staff/Security/Recordings (TV, Audio, Internet) It is required to be present from the arrival until departure time of the Artist: 01 production manager, 01 Front of House Engineer, 01 Monitor Mix Engineer and 02 Stage Hands (load in/out), security. The sound equipment incl. backline must be set up and in perfect operating conditions by latest upon arrival time of the Artist s crew for the set-up. The set-up of the Artist s equipment will last about 02 hours, the sound check will last about 60 minutes. The promoter should supply sober security staff on stage and for the dressing room area. Unauthorized people shall have no access to stage and dressing room. Absolutely no filming and recording without Clube do Balanço s written prior agreement. 7. Dressing Room and Catering We need equipped and identified ( ) 02 Dressing Rooms, one for the girls, one for the guys, with the following items: mirror (full size) 02 private bathrooms 01 iron with table tables and chairs, 01 sofa 02 wardrobes (hallstands to hang on the cloths) mineral water (sparkling and non sparkling) soft-drinks, different juices coffee, tea appetizers and fruits beer red wine forks, knifes, cups, glasses and napkins Page 1 of 9
