The team consists of 5 musicians and 1 technician For concerts abroad they will take the plane, and it is up to the organizer to rent musical instruments, except ka drums, and trumpet. ( See Backline with rental equipment) Please make sure to provide a 7/9 seats vehicle for all transfers (Airport, hotel, show location, restaurant...). - STAGE... The stage has to be totally stable and flat, dark and of one colour only, with a stage sheet.... Stage access must be stable, well indicated and well lit hand towels are needed on the stage plus 1 hand towel for the technician, please provide 6 other towels in the backstage area bottles (50cl) of mineral water are expected on the stage for the musicians plus 1 bottle near the technician, before the musical performance. 3 - BACKSTAGE - CATERING... At least two lockable changing rooms will be provided for the exclusive use of the group as soon as they arrive. A member of the group will be in charge of keeping the keys.... During the balance, before and after the concert, please install in the changing rooms a buffet with coffee, tea, milk, hot and fresh water, sugar, honey, cookies, seasonal fruits, candy, soft drink (still and sparkling), fruit juice, quality wines, fresh beers as well as glasses and napkins, in sufficient quantities. 4 - HOSTING - MEALS... The group will sleep in a hotel ** (two stars new standards):... 6 single hotel rooms, if possible near the airport.... Diners for 6 people, on the day of the performance will be booked either in the hotel, or in a regional restaurant near the concert place (paid for by the organizer) including a starter ( choices minimum), a main course ( choices minimum), Cheese, a choice of desserts, wine and coffees. Please provide a vegetarian meal without gluten.
