2 OUR TOUR TEAM The tour team is composed of 7 or 8 people: > 5 musicians on stage > 1 sound engineer in charge of the concert > 1 tour manager > 1 extra person to be confirmed: producer, manager, technician, driver THE VENUE/STAGE TEAM (read the technical riders section page 5) The staff of the venue/stage must be available as soon as our sound engineer arrives and until our team leaves. The promoter will have to provide and make sure of the following people s attendance: > The stage director > The sound director > 1 lighting engineer > 1 or 2 stage crew > 1 person in charge of the reception and dressing rooms > 1 monitor engineer (to be confirmed according to the configuration of the stage). The lighting engineer of the venue/festival will be in charge of setting up and performing the lightings of the concert. Our team will give him indications about the continuity of the show. DRESSING ROOMS Insofar as possible, thank you for preparing 3 or 4 dressing rooms: > 1 for > 1 spacious for the 4 musicians (or 2 dressing rooms they can share) > 1 for the production team (the sound engineer and the tour manager) The use of these dressing rooms will have to be restricted to the tour team only. They will have to be located near the stage - clean, heated or well-ventilated according to the temperature and be equipped with a safety lock system. The keys or the access codes of the doors will have to be given to the tour team on the date of their arrival. If the dressing rooms are not equipped with a safety lock, they ll need to be watched over by a member of the staff of the venue/festival. Please make sure that the dressing rooms are equipped with: > A vertical fitting mirror - a wall-type mirro ror on a stand - ( s dressing room) > Light mirrors for make-up ( s dressing room) > A fridge and electric kettle ( s and the musicians dressing rooms) > A coat-rack and hangers ( s and the musicians dressing rooms) > An ironing board and an iron (musicians dressing room) > Tables, chairs, armchairs, sofa (in all the dressing rooms) > Plugs and extension cables (in all the dressing rooms) > Soap and clean towels in all the dressing rooms) INTERNET ACCESS If the venue/festival has a Wi-Fi access, thank you for making the access codes visible in the dressing rooms before the musicians arrive. They will be grateful for it! ACCESS TO THE VENUE/FESTIVAL All the members of our team must be able to get around freely in the enclosure of the venue/festival: they should be able to get in and out but also move freely between the entry of the location, the dressing-rooms and the stage SECURITY The safety of the members of our team is the top priority of the promoter. The stage and its access must be perfectly safe and guarded, whether the concert is indoor or outdoor. The promoter is in charge of the safety of all the members of the tour crew including their instruments, equipment and personal belongings. 02/12

3 LOCAL TRANSPORTATION The promoter will provide all necessary transportation. It includes all the transfers of the members of our team between their points of arrival and departure (train stations, airports, etc. ), which includes all the transfers between the venue, the hotel and the restaurant. Please put the transport into the hands of a qualified and experienced driver. The safety of the members of our team is the driver s priority, regardless of the conditions, especially in case of delay. The driver knows and follows the road safety rules (which means he must never use his phone while driving). He must also know his route before boarding the staff members of the tour. The driver must be reachable at any moment. Thank you for providing his contact details to Axel Matignon at least 24 hours before the time of each pick-up. The vehicle must be comfortable and in capacity of accommodating all the staff members of the tour along with their luggage and equipment. ACCOMMODATION The promoter will book for 1 or 2 nights in a 4 stars hotel, tourist tax and breakfasts included for 7 or 8 people. The rooms will have to be equipped with TVs and a free internet access. > 1 junior suite for > 6 or 7 single rooms with double beds for the staff members. All the payment arrangements of the nights will have to be made by the promoter before our team leaves. The proximity of the hotel to the location of the show will be highly appreciated. 4 MEALS Plan on 7 or 8 full hot meals (starter, main course, dessert) including drinks, preferably before the concert. To be confirmed with Axel Matignon. The tour team will be glad to have dinner on the show location or in a nearby restaurant MERCHANDISING The promoter commits to allow s management, or one of her representatives, to sell her records and merchandise inside the location perimeter. The manager will make a table and chairs available in a convenient space and visible to the public. AUTOGRAPH SESSIONS and her musicians enjoy meeting the audience after the concerts. Insofar as possible, please arrange an area with tables and 5 chairs inside the location perimeter. The installation of a security cordon and the presence of a reception agent from the venue are mandatory. PICTURES AND VIDEOS INTERVIEW REQUESTS No authorization will be delivered without prior consent from Axel Matignon. The requests must be made at least 1 month before the date of the show. PHOTOGRAPHERS ACCREDITATIONS No authorization will be delivered without prior consent from Axel Matignon. The requests must be made at least 1 month before the date of the show. Generally speaking, professional photographers are allowed to take pictures during 2 or 3 songs from the concert (to be confirmed by Axel Matignon, according to the set list) includingthe final salute. The number of photographers must however be restricted; they mustn t disturb the artists nor the audience. The use of flashes is strictly forbidden. SOUND AND VIDEO RECORDINGS No authorization will be delivered without prior written consent from the Artist Management. The requests must be made at least 3 months before the date of the show. Pictures, videos and sound recordings are strictly forbidden during the whole length of the show. 5 Technical Rider General Requirements The day of the performance, the stage should be available for our team 4 hours: 2 hours for the set up and 2 hours for the sound check. The whole of the equipment (backline, sound, lights etc ) should be in place and functioning for the arrival of our sound engineer Dong Yup Kwak. The staff of the venue/stage must be available as soon as Dong Yup Kwak arrives and until our team leaves. The promoter will have to provide and make sure of the following people s attendance: - The stage director - The sound director - 1 lighting engineer - 1 or 2 stage crew - 1 monitor engineer only in certain festivals (to be confirmed with Dongyup Kwak). The lighting engineer of the venue/festival will be in charge of setting up and performing the lightings of the concert. Our team will give him indications about the continuity of the show. The Piano MUST be tuned NO MORE THAN 3 hours before the concert (after the soundcheck) and if any other pianist is to play this instrument between tuning and our set, the tuner must be available to touch up the tuning of the piano immediately before the concert (or if the piano is moved between the soundcheck and the concert the tuner must also be available for touch ups). ANY OTHER MODELS OF PIANO BESIDES A STEINWAY ABSOLUTELY MUST BE CLEARED WITH THE ARTIST AT LEAST 2 WEEKS BEFORE THE CONCERT. STEINWAYS ARE GREATLY PREFERED- NO CHEAP SUBSTITUTES.
