The le er is sent at the 10c PRE-UPU le er rate. The red manuscript 2 1/2 d is the Bri sh claim.

No evidence of postage due being collected in Germany. $200

Scarce. $30 Item #23Newfoundland # , 3 ed by faint cds on cover from Robert s Arm to Los Angeles California with cenbor lable (type IV) and three part Passed By / 2 / Censor handstamp type III. (assistant censor at North Sydney). Mayo records only one example of this handstamp. Miller records the earliest date as Apr 27, 1942, this is 1941 and predates that. $120
