This is the legal size outer wrapper of the document - it has the embossed revenue on the front and the text is on the back. On beautiful laid paper - cat $3000 and undervalued. According to Wikipedia 2006 population was 186 inhabitants. The 50c shows an interesting UNLISTED VARIETY - PS PERFIN on the right is only partial. The S in particular has quite a few holes missing at the bottom possibly due to broken or missing perforating pins. Very Fine condition for this - $35 (±US$28) 1932 Newfoundland cross border check from Toronto, Canada to Newfoundland, which was still a British colony at the time and thus had border controls. Newfoundland is now part of Canada. In this case a 2c King George V postage stamp was used to pay the Newfoundland fee, while a revenue stamp FX36 had to be used in Canada.
