NOTE: We cannot redeem gift certificates over the phone. -Payment in full is required to reserve your space. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA, MASTERCARD & DISCOVER. -Samples of completed class projects are on display at the store and can be viewed online at midwestbeads.com. Sorry, no web registrations or registrations at this time. -Class sizes are limited and filled on a first come, first serve basis. Please ask to be put on a waiting list if your class choice is filled so you may be called if another class is scheduled. -Classes are intended for adults. (Children 14 years or older may attend beginner classes if accompanied by a paid adult.) -Supply lists will be available when you register. Please make sure to have all necessary materials PRIOR to the start of your class. -Tools, if needed, will be provided at no additional charge. Tools are the property of Midwest Beads and stay in the classroom. -All classes start promptly at times stated. Please be courteous to fellow class members by being on time and turning off cell phones. Stuff Happens Our Official Class Cancellation Policy. (the fine print) We understand that once in a while "stuff happens" that may make you need to cancel attending your fantastic class. We're sorry that these types of things insist on interfering with your beading and please know that we understand and will certainly miss you in class. So Here's what happens if (gasp!) you need to cancel: Class fees cannot be refunded. We will however, happily reschedule you into another class of your choice as long as you give us a full 48 hours notice in advance. (NOTE: Students must pay the difference for a transfer into a more expensive class. No credits are issued for a transfer into a less expensive class.) If less than 48 hours notice is given, we can hold a set of class instructions for you OR you may choose to send an adult friend in your place. No shows forfeit all fees, all re-scheduling privileges & no pattern will be held. In the rare event that we would need to cancel a fantastic class on you for low attendance or bad weather, then naturally a refund will be granted to you if you can't make the rescheduled date. We will also be happy to switch you into another class entirely if your beading addiction won't let you wait for the new date.
