MATHIS PERFORMING ARTS CENTER at COFE HIGH SCHOOL Separate, sealed bids will be received for data cabling, security cameras, and wireless access points for the new Clayton W. Mathis Performing Arts Center at Coffee High School until :00 a.m. EST on Tuesday, April, 09 at which time bids will be opened and read. The opening will be held at the Coffee County Board of Education s central office and will be open to the public. Proposals can be mailed or delivered to the attention of Chandler Newell at the address below. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. Bids are being accepted for the following purchase: ata Cabling, Security Cameras and Wireless Access Points for the new Clayton W. Mathis Performing Arts Center at Coffee High School. We are seeking proposals for the installation of the following: -strand armored OM3 multimode fiber connecting new data room (labeled ATA on plan) to the switch cabinet in the existing building (labeled EXISTING IF on plan). istance is approximately feet. We will provide a GBIC on each end to connect to our switches. CAT6 plenum-rated cabling and terminations for 66 network drops, including patch panels. Each drop will be labeled, tested, and certified. We will provide a network rack, switches, and patch cables. The drops will be for security cameras (7), wireless access points (0) and standard data jacks (9). 7 IP security cameras (Axis or Wisenet preferred). Cameras should be compatible with our existing exacqvision surveillance system. Please include 7 exacvision 5-year licenses, as well as installation and configuration on our existing exacqvision server. 4 will be outdoor cameras (4 MP varifocal lens) 3 will be indoor cameras (4 MP fixed lens) 0 wireless access points (Aerohive AP50) with 5-year license Please include an itemized proposal that includes all costs, including any freight, engineering, and installation charges. Also, please specify any warranty terms that may be included in addition to any standard manufacturer s warranty on the equipment. If awarded the project, installation must begin within 30 days of receipt of Purchase Order.
