5 project status On March 20 th, the zoning application was filed with Park and Planning, o Review process has started based on a proposed site plan, statement of operations and traffic impact survey The financing process is in progress- the RFP was just sent to banks o Objective is a closing in September 2018 Next phase: o review of our application by Park and Planning teams by Summer 2018 o Sale of the two properties purchased on Old Georgetown Rd and the Nursery school
