5 Protetion Differential protetion ANSI ode 87 T funtion number F0 I I' 87T This protetion adjusts the urrent phase and module of eah winding aording to the parameterized transformer onnetion. It then ompares the adjusted urrents, phase by phase. It is ativated if the differene in urrents Id for at least one phase is greater than the operation set point. The set point is defined by the operation harateristi below. Protetion stability with respet to external faults is also ensured by the biased harateristi and by the nd and th harmonis neural network restraint whih analyzes the perentage as well as the differential and through urrents. This restraint prevents unwanted tripping when: the transformer is swithed on, an asymmetrial fault ours outside the zone, ausing saturation of the urrent transformers, the transformer is supplied by exessive voltage (overfluxing). 8 Disturbane reording Operation Used to reord analog signal and logial states. Reord storage is triggered by a triggering event: tripping of differential protetion, tripping of restrited earth fault protetion, loal manual triggering, remote manual triggering. The duration of the signal reorded before the triggering event may be set using the poket terminal via the osillography item in the status menu. The date of reord storage may also be aessed via the poket terminal in the osillography item of the status menu and via the ommuniation link (refer to Jbus/Modbus ommuniation doument). This date orresponds to the date of the triggering event. The stored event begins before the triggering event and ontinues afterwards. The reord inludes of the following informations: values sampled from the different signals, the date, the harateristis of the reorded hannels. The files are reorded in FIFO (First In First Out) type shift storage: the oldest reord is erased when a new reord is triggered. 19 Communiation Introdution The ommuniation option an be used to onnet Sepam 000 to a remote monitoring and ontrol system equipped with a ommuniation hannel. Sepam an be equipped with the Jbus/Modbus ommuniation option. It is a master-slave protool with RS8 and with -wire physial link (00 to 800 baud rate). Remote reading of settings The Jbus/Modbus ommuniation option an be used for remote reading of the following information: General harateristis, Protetion settings, Status and settings of all ontrol logi resoures.
