1 I wasn't sure where to start the newsletter this week. It's been such a heart wrenching time watching our fellow Texans go through so much. I'm happy to report that our Katy staff made it through the storm with minimal damage and no evacuations. Our Katy store also managed to get through without much damage. The water licked the building but didn't make it in. We need your help! We're collecting donations for Harvey victims in Katy should you have a pillowcase or quilt you'd like to donate. And finally we can't begin to thank you enough for the thoughts and prayers during the storm! It truly means the world to us knowing we have your support. We're accepting pillowcase and quilt donations for those displaced by Harvey. Here's a link to a basic pillowcase pattern. Everything collected will be taken to our Katy store to be distributed to residents in shelters and those in most need. If you'd like to help in other ways the organizers are looking for thread and backing fabrics. You can find their posts and requests on Instagram. THANK YOU and GOD BLESS TEXAS! 2/13
