2 Page 2 / 10 Highlights ISCAR is expanding the JHP Line by adding turning tools fitted with JETRTURN hollow Rigid Clamp that serves also as coolant nozzle. Until now, ISOTURN tools featuring the JHP cooling option were designed with a lever clamping mechanism, as an upper clamp would obstruct the coolant jet from reaching the cutting edge. The new design integrates the JETRTURN hollow Rigid Clamp, which allows JHP coolant to reach the cutting edge without any obstacles. The Rigid Clamp is a strong and reliable clamping mechanism that provides excellent performance even during heavy and interrupted cut machining. NEW Click Link to See Short Video

4 Page 4 / 10 The new external tools feature three coolant connection options: Rear threaded inlet Bottom threaded inlet Bottom inlet for adjustable shank overhang, as in ISCAR s JHP-MC tools All external tools are equipped also with a frontal bottom coolant outlet directed to the insert flank, which enhances the cooling effect. Note The through-tool coolant provides improved tool life, chip control and productivity advantages when high pressure coolant is induced. In addition, the bar standard pressure provides better performance when compared to external cooling results.
