We also require precise plans with measurements (ground-plan and cross-section) and, if possible, photos of the stage. Please send us the plans in Pdf and Autocad format. 2 STAGE CONFIGURATION The performing space is framed in an Italian black box, upstage is a white cyclorama framed by legs and a border. The is partly covered with a rectangular white marley, starting in front of the cyclorama, which is the dancing area. The rest of the stage around it is black (black marley or stage painted black) providing breathing space to the overall scenography. A constructed tree, with lights in it, of approx. m high and 4m wide with a 1m base is upstage right on the white marley. The cyclorama is lit from the back. Due to the white scenography, the quality of the black-out in the house is required, as much as possible. We Are Monchichi technical rider September 01 / 6

4 SOUND The sound and the light desks are side by side: the company's technical manager operates both desks during the show. Standard FOH sound system with subwoofer. For bigger house, provide a second FOH with delay 4 monitor boxes on stage ( upstage, downstage), on stands installed in the wings, non-visible from the audience. The delivery is usually scheduled the morning of the first day of setup. The pickup is usually scheduled the morning of the day following the load-out (without the presence of the company managers). Our set (a mountable tree) and the costumes are packed into pieces of luggage: 1 snowboard bag, 10xx cm, kg 1 soft bag, 90x40x0 cm, 4kg 1 suitcase for the costumes, 5x46x cm, 15 kg WARDROBE We have sets of costumes: 1 set is dirty from the previous performance and 1 set is clean. - the "dirty" set has to be machine washed on the cold/delicate program ( loads: darks and whites). The costumes must be hung dry only due to their delicate fabric. - the "clean" set has to be ironed/steamed: 1 pair of pants, 1 shirt, jackets, 1 pair of shorts, tank tops, 1 dress. - blonde wigs need to be combed and cleaned (possible stains of red lipstick). - Light sewing repairs (seams, buttons ) may be required. 1 wardrobe call of 4 hours is required upon arrival of the company technical manager. 5 REQUIRED CREW & WORKING HOURS A complete pre-setup of the lights (filters and hard/soft patch included), stage (cyclorama, white marley, legs and borders) and sound is required before the arrival of the company technical manager. Once the pre-setup is done, the venue shall provide: periods of 4 hours each for the load-in and tech: checking and adjustment of the plot, assembling of the tree, focusing of the lights (6 hours), sound tuning, stage finishing. Required crew: 1 stage manager, 1 lighting manager, 1 lighting technician, for hours 1 stage hand/fly bar person, 1 sound manager, for 4 hours 1 period of 4 hours for the rehearsal, lights programming and run-through (the stage has to be mopped before rehearsal).
