Our 1-session class will teach you how to knit. 3 Tiny Sweater Ornaments Dec. 6, Wednesday OR Dec. 16, Saturday Think tinsel, bunting and mini-sweater ornaments for the Holidays. These decorative sweaters are worked in one piece, top down. They are a great way to use up your leftover scraps of sock yarn - approximately 5g of yarn required. You can even make several, peg them up and make them into bunting. 6 Kathleen s Spa Cloth Series The Santa Cloth Dec. 18, Monday We re naming this series after our beginning knitter Kathleen who gave us this idea. As a beginner, Kathleen wanted to practice her knits & purls, so she picked up a spa cloth pattern and whipped through it. In honor of beginner, who is now headed toward PRO status, we are holding a Spa Cloth series. Welcome to The Santa Cloth. This spa cloth is bumpy to help exfoliate the skin. You need to now BLOCK your final project! Those gorgeous knit stitches aren t going to come out perfect. Once finished, you have to tell those stitches where and how to sit. Susan will run you through different yarns, how each performs with blocking and with samples of before and after blocked items.
