9 Bathroom Organizer UPPLE: OED Crafter s Collection #840 tephanie s Jungle by tephanie touffer One 14½ X 26 rectangle of fabric for front One 14½ X 26 rectangle of fabric for back One 14½ X 26 rectangle of thin batting Four Hoop size fabric for pockets with embroidery One 2 X 15 fabric for dowel rod holder One 3/8 inch dowel rod One 2 X 90 for binding sacord Polyester Embroidery Thread OED Bobbin Thread Metrosene Polyester ewing Thread Organ Embroidery Needles HRFive Temporary pray Adhesive OED Ultra Clean & Tear tabilizer Embroidery machine ewing machine MARK AND EMBRODER THE FRONT FABRC: To create a point on the front fabric, fold the 14 ½ X 26 fabric wrong sides together. On each side, measure 7 ½ inches from the bottom edge and mark. Cut the excess from the mark on each side to the center fold. Photo 1 To embroider the front, place designs on the fabric in a random fashion. The sample has one design 4 inches from the top and 2¾ inches from the right side, a second design centered 4¾ inches up from the point, and a third design 4½ inches from the left side and 8 inches from the point. Adhere two layers of OED Ultra Clean & Tear tabilizer together with HRFive Temporary pray Adhesive. pray the top of the stabilizer and adhere to the wrong side of the fabric for embroidery. Hoop the three layers as one and attach the hoop to the machine. elect and embroider the design of your choice. Remove the hoop from the machine and carefully tear away excess stabilizer from the back of the fabric one layer at a time. Repeat the above instructions for two additional designs. Photo 2 2 1
10 This organizer adds a decorative touch to any room and keeps important items close. The organizer features designs from OED Crafter s Collection #840 tephanie s Jungle by tephanie touffer. Available in the following formats: CD-ROM with the formats;.art,.pes,.pcs,.dst,.hus,.jef,.sew,.xxx, compatible with artista 200 CD Rom drive or the PC, UB tick with the formats;.art,.pes,.pcs,.dst,.hus,.jef,.sew,.xxx and artista card. MARK, EMBRODER AND TTCH THE POCKET: For the pockets, mark the center of the hoop size fabric. Again, adhere two layers of OED Ultra Clean & Tear tabilizer together with HRFive Temporary pray Adhesive. Continue with the above instructions for spraying, hooping and completing the embroidery. Repeat for three additional pockets. Center the design with one inch at the top to fold for a hem in the pocket. Trim the embroidered fabric to 7 tall X 6 wide. Photo 3 3 TTCH THE POCKET: Optional: erge or zig zag around all four sides of each pocket. At the top of the pocket, fold a one-inch hem to the right side. titch ¼-inch seam from the fold to the hem edge on each side. Photo 4 Turn the hem to the wrong side and press. Optional: top stitch the hem in place. Press under ¼ inches on the other three sides. Photo CONTRUCT THE ORGANZER: Layer the back fabric wrong side up, the batting, and the front fabric right side up. Pin the pockets through all three layers. Topstitch close to the edge of the pocket on three sides. Optional: add stippling around the embroidery and pockets. Finish the edges of the 2 X 15 piece for the dowel rod holder by folding the two short edges in and topstitching. Fold the piece in half, wrong sides together. Center it on the top of the back matching the raw edges with the top edge of the organizer. Baste or pin in place. Photo 6 Fold the binding wrong side together and press. Match the raw edge of the binding to the raw edge of the front of the organizer and stitch on all four sides. Turn the binding to the back and stitch in place. Cut the dowel rod to fit the top with 1 inch showing on each side. Hang in the bathroom using decorative cord or a ribbon. Add tassels for more interest. Enjoy! 6
