Be sure to have all the appointment information available ; MD name, address of appointment, phone number of office and if there will be family going to the appointment or if there is an escort needed. Doctor days are Tuesday and Thursday w/no charge unless escort is needed. If by chance you need transport done on a Monday or Wednesday there is a charge for those days.
