Sta f Spo i ht Transportation Schedule Doctor Shuttles Every Tuesday and Thursday Appointment times must be made between 9:30 am and 3:00 pm. Transportation is set up on a first come first serve basis. Please sign up at front desk. Be sure to have all the appointment information available ; MD name, address of appointment, phone number of office and if there will be family going to the appointment or if there is an escort needed. Doctor days are Tuesday and Thursday w/no charge unless escort is needed. If by chance you need transport done on a Monday or Wednesday there is a charge for those days. The charge is $65 per hr w/ 1hr minimum, for escorts it is additional $13 every 30 minutes and for escorts this includes Tuesday and Thursday.
