8 CONFIRM THEIR SESSION DATE AND TIME Does that time still work for you? Tell me a little bit about what you have in mind for the session. FINALLY, I review all of the major information regarding the session to manage their expectations. How long the session is How I will guide them through poses Have you already planned what everyone will be wearing or do you need some help with that? Remind them to relax and have fun! How many sets are included Are there any images you ve seen on our website that you d like us to prepare in advance for you? Are there any poses that are particularly important to you? Do you prefer more colorful and elaborate sets or a more simple/classic style? When their sneak preview will be ready When their gallery premier appointment is scheduled I m so excited for your session. If you have any questions or anything changes between now and then, feel free to call or the studio anytime, otherwise we ll see you on xxx at xx o clock! MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION I ALWAYS ASK: What are you planning to DO with the images? This helps guide me to make suggestions for them and ask follow up questions. For example: If its going in the nursery, what color is the nursery, do you want to match a particular them or keep it classic etc? 8 PHOTOGRAPHER RISING 2017
