The operate in assoiation with eletroni drivers, see table whih suppl the proportional valve with proper urrent to align valve regulation to the referene signal supplied to the eletroni driver. These valves are omposed b a 2wa artridge housed into a standard ISO/DIN avit and b a losing over with a piloting proportional pressure relief valve tpe RZMO, see tab. F00. The are available in different eeutions: A, without integral pressure transduer. AE, AES, as A plus analogue (AE) or digital (AES) integral eletronis b. The integral eletronis b ensures fator presetting, fine funtionalit plus valvetovalve interhangeabilit and simplified wiring and installation. The eletroni main onnetor m is full interhangeable for AE and AES eeutions. Standard pin onnetor is used for power suppl, analog input referene and monitor signals. 2 pin onnetor is used for option /Z (AES). Following ommuniation interfaes n are available for the digital AES eeution: PS, RS2 serial ommuniation interfae. The valve referene signal is provided with analogue ommands. BC, CANbus interfae BP, PROFIBUSDP interfae The valves with BC and BP interfaes an be integrated into a fieldbus ommuniation network and thus digitall operated b the mahine ontrol unit. GENERAL NOTES LI*ZO proportional valves are CE marked aording to the appliable Diretives (e.g. Immunit/Emission EMC Diretive and Low Voltage Diretive). Installation, wirings and startup proedures must be performed aording to the general presriptions shown in table F00 and in the installation notes supplied with relevant omponents. The eletrial signals of the valve (e.g. monitor signals) must not be diretl used to ativate safet funtions, like to swith/off the mahine s safet omponents, as presribed b the European standards (Safet requirements of fluid tehnolog sstems and omponentshdraulis, EN92). Enable Input Signal To enable the driver, suppl a 2VDC on pin referred to pin 2: when the Enable signal is set to zero the valve funtioning is disabled (zero urrent to the solenoid) but the driver urrent output stage is still ative. This ondition does not ompl with European Norms EN9 (e EN9). Fault Output Signal Fault output signal indiates fault onditions of the driver (solenoid short iruits/not onneted, referene signal able broken for 20mA input, et.). Fault presene orresponds to 0 VDC, normal working orresponds to 2VDC (pin referred to pin 2): Fault status is not affeted b the Enable input signal.. Possible ombined option: /IZ F00

A proper onnetion is required between the PC and the eletroni driver ommuniation port: for a more detailed desription of software interfae, PC requirements, adapters, ables and terminators, please see table G0. Proportional valves with fieldbus ommuniation interfae (BC and BP) an be diretl managed b the mahine ontrol unit; it is required to implement in the mahine ontrol the standard ommuniation as desribed in the user manuals supplied with the relevant programming software. For detailed desription of available fieldbus feature, see table G0. On first suppl of the ESW software, it is required to appl for the registration in the Atos download area: One the registration is ompleted, the password will be sent b . The software remains ative for 0 das from the installation date and then it stops until the user inputs his password. With the password ou an also download, in our personal area, the latest releases of the Atos software, manuals, drivers and onfiguration files.
