The are available in different exeutions: L, with two integral position transduers, ; LE, LES as L plus analogue (LE) digital (LES) integral eletronis. The regulation is operated b means of a spool with double piloting area sliding into a sleeve and provided of integral LVDT position transduer. The spool is operated b means of a high perfmanes proptional diretional valve in rugged exeutions to withstand high vibrations and mehanial stresses (tpe DLZO f artridge dimensions up to size 50 and tpe DLK ZOR f artridge dimensions up to size 80) see tab. F80, provided of high preision sleeve and LVDT position transduer f maximum regulating aura and dnami response. It is ontrolled in double losed loop position b means of the LVDT position transduers and. The integral eletronis ensures fat presetting, fine funtionalit plus valvetovalve interhangeabilit and simplified wiring and installation. Standard 7 pin main onnet is used f power suppl, analog input referene and monit signals. pin onnet is used f options /Z and /S*. The speial /S* options add a losed loop ontrol of pressure (/SP) fe (/SL) to the basi losed loop spool position one. Following ommuniation interfaes are available f the digital LES exeution: PS, Serial ommuniation interfae. The valve referene signal is provided with analogue ommands BC, CANopen interfae BP, PROFIBUS DP interfae The valves with BC and BP interfaes an be integrated into a fieldbus ommuniation netwk and thus digitall operated b the mahine ontrol unit. Cutting solenoid power suppl allows to interrupt the valve funtioning but keeping energized the digital eletronis thus avoiding fault onditions of the mahine fieldbus ontroller. This ondition allows to realize safet sstems in ompliane with European Nms EN89 (ex EN95). Enable Input Signal To enable the driver, suppl a VDC on pin referred to pin : when the Enable signal is set to zero the valve funtioning is disabled (zero urrent to the solenoid) but the driver urrent output stage is still ative. This ondition does not ompl with European Nms EN89 (ex EN95). Fault Output Signal Fault output signal indiates fault onditions of the driver (solenoid sht iruits/not onneted, referene signal able broken f 0mA input, et.). Fault presene responds to 0 VDC, nmal wking responds to VDC (pin referred to pin ): Fault status is not affeted b the Enable input signal 8. Options /SP and /SL These options add the losed loop ontrol of pressure (/SP) fe (/SL) to the basi funtions of proptional diretional valves: a dediated software alternates pressure (fe) and valve s spool position ontrols depending on the atual hdrauli sstem onditions. A dediated onnet is available f the additional transduers that are required to be interfaed to the valve s driver ( pressure transduer f /SP load ell f /SL). Main pin onnet is the same as /Z option plus two analog signals speifi f the pressure (fe) ontrol: one f referene (pin 7) and one f monit (pin 8). F futher details please refer to the driver tehnial table G. 8. Options /C Options /CSP and /CSL are available to onnet pressure (fe) transduers with 0mA urrent output signal. 8.5 Possible ombined options: /ISP, ISL, /CSP, /CSL, /CISP, /CISL and /IZ F0
