REMARK : 1. 장비보증기간은장비도입완료보고서기술 ( 인수 ) 검수완료일로부터 3년간으로한다. 1 보증기간중장비물품대 (Main System, Transdusducer, OEM Device 등포함 ) 및인건비는전액무상으로한다. 2 3년간무상보증종료후장비소모성부품은입찰및계약시 List 근거자료를제출하여야실비로인정하고 3년간무상보증종료후유상수리시인건비는전액무상으로하고부품비만인정한다. 3 본원 Spec 기능미달, Consist of 구성품미납시본원의료기공급및설치계약서의 ( 계약목적물 ) 계약금액으로지체상금을지불한다. 4 Ultrasound System 을정상적으로활용할수있도록예방정비를정규근무시간중에합의된일정표에의거분기1회정기적으로실시한후점검기록표를사용부서장확인후 1부를병원에제출하여야한다. 2. Ultrasound System 공급자는향후본원 PACS System을연결할경우양방향 Dicom 3.0 Image 전송및 Worklist 지원이되도록 Interface 시켜야하고 In-Out 에필요한모든부품및기타품목을장비공급회사에서공급하고 Cable 및 Cable 보호용자바라작업을기술부서 ( 의료장비파트 ) 와협의하여설치완료하여야한다. 1 Ultrasound System은별도의 Module 을추가하지않고장비자체에서 Dicom 3.0 Format 을완벽하게지원해야한다. 2 향후 PACS와연동을위한 Worklist 지원은본원 OCS상의정보를완벽하게지원해야한다. 3. Ultrasound System 공급자는설치장소에공급자가운반및설치완료시키고설치에따른부대비용 ( 장비운반도비비용, 크레인또는지게차비용, 전기분전함이후전원공사등 ) 은공급자부담으로하며사용자가원활하게사용할수있도록운영시험및교육을시킨후납품으로인정한다.( 단. 모든설치는사용부서 ( 용인세브란스병원영상의학과 ), 기술부서 ( 의료장비파트 ) 와협의하여확정된안으로설치한다.) 4. 입찰서기입시 3년무상 A/S 만료후의 Transducer Price 가격제시한다. 5. 의료장비조립설치후 Packing Box 및발생되는잔여물은장비공급회사책임하에처리한다. 6.
