2 Hynds precast concrete channel units are suitable for use with a variety of standard or customised concrete lids or steel grates dependent upon application requirements. All Channels & Ducts are manufactured with an interlocking joint to ensure easy installation, which can be sealed if required. Installation Installation will vary according to the site conditions and requirements. A well compacted level base is required to prevent differential settlement. Where appropriate, provide mass concrete to the base or sides of the channel to minimise damage caused by traffic loading.
