Follow mxng nstructons of each products wth the correct ratos to prepare the mortar. 2. Spread the mxed mortar adhesve to an area that can be tled wthn mnutes usng the flat edge of the trowel. 3. Comb the adhesve wth a sutable notched trowel horzontally to acheve a bed thckness. 4. Tles are then frmly pressed over the mortar adhesve and mmedately knocked nto the desred poston. 5. Poston of the tles can be adjusted, f requred, wthn ts adjustablty tme of mnutes after nstallaton. 6. Allow the nstalled tles to reman undsturbed for at least 48 hours. 7. Mortar adhesve must not rse hgher n the jonts than halfway the thckness of the tles. 8. It s recommended to use Vetont Tle Grout for fllng the jont gaps after 2 days of tle nstallaton.

Follow mxng nstructons of each products wth the correct ratos to prepare the mortar. 2. Spread the mxed mortar over the tle jonts and frmly press wth rubbng pad covered wth sponge rubber spatula. 3. Excess grout that remans on tles shall be removed wth same tool. 4. After ntal settng of mnutes, dependng upon the ambent temperature & humdty, clean the tles and remove all excess materal wth a wet sponge. 5. After full dryng, clean the tle surfaces wth dry cloth or dspensable cotton towels. 6. When washng & dryng the tles, ensure tle jonts are not rubbed too deep. 7. Grout must be kept most for frst 2 days after applcaton to ensure good hardened propertes are acheved.

11 Tle Adhesves & Grouts Standard (classfcaton system) To help smplfy the selecton of tle nstallaton materals such as adhesves and grouts, a classfcaton system was created unfed n a standard, for adhesves (ISO ) and for grouts (ISO ). The goal s to establsh a product classfcaton code to quckly and easly tell an archtect, specfer, tle contractor or dstrbutor exactly how a product s desgned to perform. The standard requre that tle nstallaton components pass certan mnmum performance tests before t may be accredted wth a Performance Classfcaton. Ths Performance Classfcaton s expressed as letters and numbers n an easy-to-use and easy to understand code. TILE ADHESIVES For each type of adhesve, t s possble to have one of two classes, and dfferent optonal characterstcs of the adhesve based on performance. The desgnaton of the adhesve conssts of the letter for the adhesve type (C, R), followed by the number of the class (1 or 2), and/or the correspondng letter for the characterstc(s) of the adhesve (F, T, E, S1, S2).
