Secretary reported that the insurance for the AAW had not been paid. Phillip will send a check for $90.00 for the insurance. Treasurer reported that there is $ in the treasury. Pete Sampson informed the club that he has contacted the Cape Cod club about the Bad Dog Burl trip on Sat, May 31. Anyone interested in going should contact Pete. It is about a 2 hour trip each way plan is to leave at 8 am get to Belchertown, MA at 10 return by 2??. Trip will be in conjunction with the Cape Cod club. Voted to send Jim Zine a $ check for continued use of our meeting space and to send $ every quarter. Voted to table the date for the picnic until next month so members could check with spouses, etc. Voted to buy 100 pen kits for local troop so as to make more pens club would prefer local contacts, maybe pens for HS grads entering service we have made 120 pens so far contact Mass Maritime? There are handouts to sign up for AAW membership available.
