Unpack the carton and carefully dentfy and check off all the parts aganst the parts descrbed and llustrated on pages three and four. SITE PREPARATION The ste for the avary must be level. It s recommended that the avary be set on a 00mm concrete slab and anchored down approprately (refer page 5 for detals). Anchor sets are not suppled as standard tems wth ths product. 7 Model: AOGC508FKF ABSCO ASSEMBLY INTROUCTION The snap-tte assembly system locks most permeter channels to all roof and wall sheets wthout the need for tools and fasteners. Where possble, many components have been pre-punched for ease of assembly, wth others requrng 3mm holes to be drlled where requred. To pre-assemble the four wall panels and two roof panels, the permeter channels are secured to the top and bottom of each panel usng the snaptte system, as detaled on the followng pages wherever you see the symbol. 12 Model: AOGC508FKF FRONT PANEL ASSEMBLY STEP 3 LOCK THE CHANNEL ON TO THE SHEET AS SHOWN. THE CHANNEL WILL FINISH 30mm IN FROM EACH SIE OF THE SHEET. STEP 4 LAY THESE SECTIONS, ONE AT A TIME, OVER THE FRAME AS SHOWN, LOCKING THE SHEETS INTO THE BOTTOM CHANNEL. STEP 5 MOVE THE OOR HINGE JAMB (PART 92) INTO POSITION, LOCATING IT "OVER THE TOP" OF THE SHEET (54R) AN SECURING IT TO THE OTHER JAMB (9). (THE SCREWS SECURING THE EXISTING JAMB (9) WILL HAVE TO BE REMOVE AN THEN REPLACE) STEP 5 MOVE THE THREE INFILL CHANNELS INTO POSITION AN SCREW TO THE TOP/BOTTOM CHANNELS WITH TWO SCREWS EACH. STEP 8. FOR THE MIRAIL ABOVE THE OOR, JOIN THE JAMB (95) TO THE CHANNEL () AS SHOWN. RILL THROUGH THE ROOF LIP FLASHING, BOTH FRONT AN REAR, INTO THE TOP WALL CHANNELS AN SECURE WITH SCREWS STEP 3. - EACH ANCHOR CONSISTS OF ONE NUT, BOLT, YNABOLT AN STEEL ANGLE - RILL A 0mm HOLE INTO THE WALL SHEET BOLT & NUT STEEL ANGLE WALL SHEET SLAB - RILL A 0mm HOLE INTO THE CONCRETE YNABOLT ORGANIC GAREN CO. INSIE WARNING IT IS RECOMMENE THAT NEW GALVANISE MESH SHOUL BE WEATHERE FOR TWO (2) MONTHS OR SCRUBBE WITH A MIL ACIIC SOLUTION SUCH AS VINEGAR, THEN RINSE WITH WATER BEFORE BEING USE IN BIR HOUSING APPLIANCES. INSIE VIEW OF AVIARY THE MESH SHEETS ARE FIXE TO FRAMEWORK USING THE LARGE FLANGE RIVETS SUPPLIE. WORKING FROM INSIE THE AVIARY, LOCATE THE FIRST MESH SHEET OVER THE FRAMEWORK. RILL 3mm HOLES AN FASTEN WITH RIVETS TO THE FRAMEWORK AT 50mm CENTRES. IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONTINUALLY STRETCH THE MESH TO ENSURE A SMOOTH TIGHT FINISH.
