4 4 s128 5-AXIS SIMULTANEOUSLY Bar magazine option An automatic short bar loader for continuous machine operation without intervention. Clamping system Several devices are available for working from bars or billets: - 3-jaw chuck - Ottet collets - Profile clamping jaws - Mecatool GPS70 Pallets - Collets F30 C Axis / Spindle for combined milling / turning operations and maximum flexibility. High-performance machining spindle, high speed and extended life span: Maximum torque is already available with speeds from min -1 on. The high speed of min -1 or min -1 secures optimum machining operations with small tools or during UGV applications. Hybrid ball bearings (ceramic) facilitate high speed, vibration-free and life time. kw/nm min Air-oil lubrication Due to high rotation speed as well as long service life, lubrication must meet the highest requirements. Injecting an air-oil mixture into the bearings area offers the optimal solution.

7 ACCESSORIES A wide range of accessories are available for maximum autonomy and high performances. Tool Probe A renishaw contact probe is available as a tool setting option. Cutting tools are measured on Z axis which are automatically introduced into the CNC machine control. The system allows broken tool detection. Workpiece Measuring Probe An ultra compact touch probe with wireless transmission provides a solution for workpiece inspection, part alignment and automatic offset updates during the cycle. Automatic Short Bars Feeder Several solutions are available, with or without bar magazine. Automation An automatic GPS 70 (Mecatool) pallets loading/unloading unit is available. 24 or 40 positions capacity, provide an excellent autonomy for production from blanks. Paper Band Filtration An ideal filtration method for machining precious metals.
