CP-UPML/7.1/076/16 13 th December 2016 Circular to All Cyberport Companies and Retail Tenants Dear Cyberport Companies and Retail Tenants, Cyberport Smoke Free Policy We would like to draw your attention to the smoke free policy in Cyberport. In general, Cyberport is Smoke-Free, except in certain designated areas provided at the landlord s discretion to cater from request from some tenants and their staff. It is concerning to see smoking outside designated smoking areas, cigarette ends dropped indiscriminately etc. In order not to create nuisance to non smokers and maintain a healthy and tidy environment in Cyberport, it is important that all tenants and their staff follow the regulations. The designated smoking areas i.e. the only areas where smoking is permitted in Cyberport, are as below: 1. The Podium, Level 4 outdoor seating area near meeting room of Cyberport 1; 2. The Podium, Level 4, outdoor seating area near core A of Cyberport 3; 3. Landscape areas on Level 1 near drop off of Cyberport 3; 4. Terrace Garden, Level 3, Core B, Cyberport 3 (outside IT Court, The Arcade) 5. Terrace Garden, Level 3, Core E, Cyberport 3 (outside Function Room 1); 6. Open Area next to Shop 405, The Arcade. 7. Outdoor area on Level 1, Block B of Cyberport 4 (near Unit 103 & 104) Please be reminded that smoking in any indoor areas within Cyberport, including toilets and staircases, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a fire hazard as well as a nuisance. We would be most grateful if you could assist us in keeping Cyberport clean and healthy, and smoking areas will be closely monitored and reviewed regularly.
