Aansoek word gedoen by die Departement van Omgewingsake en Ontwikkelingsbeplanning vir n voorgestelde behuisings, ontspannings en kommersiële ontwikkeling op Erf 233, Touwsrivier. Graag nooi ons alle geïnteresseerde en geaffekteerde partye om op die projek se databasis te registreer. Aktiwiteit / ontwikkeling: Die voorgestelde ontwikkeling op Erf 233, Touwsriver behels die skoonmaak en transformasie (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 16) van natuurlike veld van omtrent 25ha (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 12 GN 386 en 2 van GN 387) vir die onderverdeling en daarstelling van omtrent 350 erwe vir die konstruksie van huise, dorpshuise, kommersiële geboue en ontspanningsgeriewe (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 18), tesame met interne paaie en ander infrastruktuur (Gelyste Aktiwiteite 1k, 1m & 15). Ander moontlike akitiwiteite is die uitgrawing en/of invul van sand en rots in n rivier (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 4), die bogrondse berging van gevaarlike goedere bv. diesel tydens konstruksie (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 7) en die oprigting van advertensie-borde (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 1v). Die ontwikkeling word in fases beplan (Gelyste Aktiwiteit 17). Vir verdere inligting en of om te registreer as n geïnteresseerde en geaffekteerde party kontak ons by ons kantore op Worcester of by Ligging: Die eiendom is geleë in die Breedevallei Munisipale gebied, aangrensend aan die dorp Touwsrivier. Application is being made to the Department of Environmental Affairs and Development Planning for authorisation for a housing, recreational and commercial development on Erf 233, Touwsrivier. Your comment on the above proposed development is welcomed. Comment period: 29 November 2007 up to and including 13 February 2008 (30 days excluding the school holidays). Activity / development: The proposed development on Erf 233 Touwsrivier involves the clearing and transforming (Listed Activity 16b) of an estimated 25ha of natural veld (Listed Activity 12 of GN 386 & 2 of GN 387) and subdivision (Listed Activity 18) for approximately 350 erven for houses, including townhouses, duplexes, as well as commercial buildings and recreational facilities, and associated internal roads and infrastructure (Listed Activities 1k, 1m and 15). Other associated activities are excavations and in filling in a river (Listed Activity 4), the above ground storage of dangerous good including diesel (Listed Activity 7) and the erection of advertising signs (Listed Activity 1v). It is planned that the development take place phases (Listed Activity 17).
