3 How to set up a Sweet Case Day Step 1: set a goal and timeline How many sweet cases are you looking to provide? Each case costs $25-$30 (Includes duffel bag, stuffed animal, blanket, crayons, coloring book, and hygiene kit) so we ask all individuals/church s/schools to sponsor each bag at $25 per case and corporations/businesses/foundations to sponsor each case at $30. (You must order a minimum of 10) * Example goal: Starbucks wants to provide 40 sweet cases for children in Anywhere, U.S.A. To do this we will need to raise $1200. Can we purchase just the duffel bags? Yes, the bag cost would be $10 for individuals/church s/schools and $12 for corporations/businesses/foundations. * Step 2: Recruit team & start fundraising! (OPTIONAL - You may opt to sponsor them upfront) Talk with your team and see what your best options are. We will set you up with a TWR rep to help you along the way. Car wash, bake sale, or set up our fundraising page. With the fundraising page it will be completely your own! You can see who is donating and how far away you are from your goal. We can also provide you with promotion items such as posters, fliers, stickers, and t-shirts. Here is the link for our fundraising page: Step 3: Reach goal! Sweet case ready! Once you've reached your goal you're ready to receive your sweet cases! We will send you all the supplies to assemble and decorate your sweet cases. You and your team then assemble and personalize your cases! Step 4: Decorate and assemble Sweet Cases! Our representative will coordinate a drop off with an agency in your community. Make sure to take lots of pictures of your group with your sweet cases and watch our Facebook to see a shout out to your team! * Shipping may apply depending on your location What it looks like:

5 Using FABRIC CRAYONS for your bags p.s. Once complete, allow the bags to dry in the sun so that they dont smear using a pencil to outline your image makes it a lot easier. Feel Free to use the sample images provided. We made some beginner & expert templates. you can also google any kid cartoons images so do not feel limited by what we provide. 6 Frequently Asked Questions What do I get when I sponsor a sweet case? Each sweet case includes: duffle bag, hygiene kit, blanket, coloring book, crayons, and stuffed animal. Is there a minimum to build? Yes, all organized builds must be at least 10. Do we have to pay for shipping? Yes, if you sponsor over 20 sweet cases we ask that you cover the shipping costs. How long does it take to receive the supplies? It takes about 5-8 business days after you confirm end of campaign with your TWR rep. We ship via FedEx ground and you will get a tracking number once it has shipped. What if I don t reach my goal? If you are fundraising and you don t reach your goal we will give you the supplies you did fundraise for!** (min. 10 rule does apply) What do I write in my campaign page? Use this page as inspiration to what you should write to attract donors. What do I do when my fundraiser is over? Please contact your TWR rep. to confirm the next steps which include finalizing numbers, shippings, and dates. Can I pick the agency? Yes, you can! OR you can have us coordinate it. Whatever you feel more comfortable with but we will need the contact you chose if you decide to coordinate it for our records. Do I need to pay for decorating material? If you are doing a build over 10 cases we have a $15 fee for each set of 20 cases for decorative supplies. For example, Betty s group is doing 40 sweet cases for they will need to have $30 to be sent paint markers/supplies. Can we add more to the bag? Yes, you may! Please note we don t give anything used. These children usually only get hand me downs so we are raising the standard. Also, please do not include any religious affiliated material.
