Whether you re participating, volunteering, or want to raise funds for the cause, these instructions will help you to set up your fundraising page. THANK YOU for your efforts! All funds raised will go towards raising awareness about the importance of organ, eye and tissue donation! For your team members to show up on your team, they will also need to build a fundraising page.

2 STEP 1. On the main Green 5K page (TheGreen5K.com) you can register for the 5K and set up your fundraising page. To set up your fundraising page, select the Become a fundraiser button. For your team members to show up on your team, they will also need to build a fundraising page. If they only register for the event, their name will not appear on your team list. STEP 2. Once you select the Become a Fundraiser tab, this screen will appear. You can sign up via your OR you can sign up via your Facebook account. You can drag and drop a photo right into this box from your computer. 2

STEP 3. Here is your chance to fill in your personal story and information. Title your personal campaign Set your personal fundraising goal Share your story here!

You can talk about how you ve been impacted by donation and transplantation, share if you are walking for someone, or why you support this cause! Your story is powerful, thank you for sharing! If registering as an individual, make sure the Individual (No Team) box is selected. You can then press the Get Started button to proceed to your page. If you are creating a team, see STEP 4. If you are joining a team, see STEP 5. *NOTE:* If you want to create or join a team, you will still have a personal fundraising page. Your supporters can choose to sponsor you as an individual (which will still contribute to the whole team total!) or a supporter can choose to sponsor the whole team if they don t want to choose between individuals. 3

STEP 4. To create a new team To create a team, select Create a New Team, from your personal fundraising page. This page will appear. You can input all your team information here.

Add your team name Add your Team Campaign Title Here you can enter your team fundraising goal. This can be different from your personal fundraising target! Share your team story here. Why have all of you pulled together to raise funds for Iowa Donor Network? Why are you supporting organ, eye and tissue donation? 4 When finished, click Create a Team

5 STEP 5. To join a team To join a team, select Join a Team from your personal fundraising page. This page should appear. You can select the team you want to join by choosing from the drop down list. Once you ve found your team, click Join Team. You are now added to your teams fundraising list. 5

6 YOU HAVE NOW SET UP YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE! You should receive login information for your page via . If you want to register to participate in the Green 5K or volunteer if you ve already signed-up, you can select any of the blue buttons below. Setting up your fundraising page does not register you for the 5K. NOW SHARE YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE! You can easily share your page via social media or by selecting any of the buttons along the left hand side of the page! If you select the bottom icon > you can copy that link and send to your family and friends via . This link will take them to your direct fundraising page for them to make a donation. 6

7 EDIT YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE & INVITING PEOPLE TO JOIN YOUR TEAM Once you create your fundraising page, you will be able to view your page or edit your page. By clicking, Edit your Page or by logging in (see page 8 for instructions for logging in) you can see your stats as you start fundraising and recruiting team members. Under MY INFORMATION, you can manage your team and invite team members via here. 7

Always save your changes when you are finished editing your page. TO LOG IN TO YOUR FUNDRAISING PAGE If you don t have your original with your login information, you can visit this link, scroll down to Individual Fundraisers or Team Fundraisers. You can select your name/team. Once you re viewing your page, in the upper right hand corner, there is a log in button. Click that button and you will be prompted to input your and you will be sent your login information. QUESTIONS?
