I find as many as 40% of your total sign-ups come the day of the webinar so be sure you send this out! 9 #4: Webinar Encore Announce Because live webinars always convert better than recordings, I schedule a live encore presentation a few days after the premiere webinar. This goes out to everyone who did not sign up for the original webinar. And of course you send a notification to everyone who did signup for the original webinar; 12 #5: 72-Hour Viewing Begins One or two days after my encore, I make my webinar available, on demand, for a 72-hour viewing period. This goes out on the morning the viewing period begins. 14 #6 : 72-Hour Viewing Ends Tonight This goes out on the day the viewing period ends, letting them know if they don t view the webinar recording by midnight, they will miss out on it forever. 15 #7: Product Announcement to Entire List After the viewing period ends, I then send an announcing the product my webinar was promoting to my entire list Robert Schultz. So the following day you send a Q&A / Frequently Asked Questions to so you can respond to some of the questions you know they will have before they buy. It s a great opportunity not only to put their mind at ease, but restate the value of your offer and convert a few more sales. 20 #9: Early Bonuses Expire Tonight A great deadline that encourages sales is to have a bonus or two that is only available to those who sign up by a certain date. Send this out early in the day, letting your followers know these time sensitive bonuses go away at midnight #10: 48-Hour Bonus Begins #11: 48-Hour Bonus Ends Adding a seductive bonus or two to your product for 48 hours only is a great way to create conversions. These bonuses are offered to everyone who buys your offering within that 48-hour interval. So you send 2 s: One on the day the offer opens, and on the next day when it concludes. And of course: You send an to everyone who has already purchased, letting them know they will receive the bonuses as well. 26 #12: Early Bird Rate Expires Cart Closes Tomorrow! Another way you move move people to a decision is to: Announce a price increase deadline or remove your most affordable payment plan. The impact of losing a price advantage often moves new prospects to buy. You can also increase the urgency by letting them know the chance to signup ends tomorrow! 28 #13: Last Chance! Course Starts Tonight! And a 2nd one on the day of the deadline. Yes, lots of people wait to the last day to buy. So yes, this is necessary. Sometimes the scariest part of a launch is starting to plan it out. But it can also be the most exciting because you realize: You re actually doing it! The good news is nothing is cast in stone. All of my launch schedules have changed - some a little bit, some quite a bit - from the first version. But if you never get started, you will never do it and never profit. So hare are a few simple steps: Print out a blank calendar page Yep on paper. I m serious! There s no law that says you have to do this on some crazy complicated scheduling software. Last I checked, pencil and paper still works fine. And it often works better because it s less intimidating and there s no learning curve. Pencil your schedule in first I usually start with my first webinar date and then schedule backwards for my webinar s and forwards for my Encore and follow-up s. You can always erase and change things. And because you have the schedule in the Bonus Report as a guide, you will be surprised how fast it goes! If you re a digital die-hard feel free to use software I ve scheduled my own launches and this of multi-million dollar entrepreneurs on something as simple as my Google calendar.
