3 If you want to create a Spellbinding Business, so you can conjure more clients and seamlessly generate more cash in your business, there are 5 steps you ll have to master. Step 1 Structure In order to create the business of your dreams, with plenty of happy clients who refer even more people to you, you ll need to solidify your business and marketing foundations. I ll share with you the 5 questions every entrepreneurs needs to be able to answer fully confident. Step 2 Sustain Shows how you can leverage the information from the 5 questions and put make them work for you, so you can create consistent 5-figure months, and eventually 6- or even 7-figure business. Once you have consistency, it s time to Step 3 Scale You can only serve so many clients on your own, so putting processes in place to make things repeatable and delegable is essential. I ll reveal the top 2 ways to grow your business, so you can scale it with ease. Step 4 Signal This step is all about visibility and creating marketing vehicles that bring even more ideal clients to see your business like a signal for your clients. This is where I ll share some wizarding tricks to draw your ideal client s attention. Step 5 Soar Lastly, this step is infused in everything you do. Without a healthy dose of personal development & mindset work, the other 4 steps just become HARD (and who wants that). There is one tool that helps me stay on point to make my dreams happen, always makes me feel like I m soaring.

5 When you are creating the business of your dreams with plenty of happy clients who refer even more people to you, it s not always the most fun to focus on the foundations. It can bring up a lot of stuff (trust me, I know from experience). But I promise you, that when you give this step your full attention, you will reap long-term rewards. Before I go deeper into it, I want you to warn you: It s extremely simple. The Biggest Mistake People Make In The Structure Step: They say to themselves I ve done this before, I don t need to do it again. But the reality is, as the business grows these foundation pieces can shift a little. I recommend that you schedule time every 4-6 weeks (or at least once a quarter) to review and update the work here. (trust me, it s easier to edit as you go, then having to start over.) The 5 Questions You Need To Answer To Create A Solid Structure For Your Business: There are 5 questions that I feel every entrepreneur needs to be able to answer for their business to succeed. Working through these questions and going deep has led to my clients making hundreds of thousands of dollars in their business. WHO Who do you serve? WHAT What is the transformation or the results that people get when they work with you? WHY Why do you do what you do? WHERE Where do you work with your clients? HOW How will you slice and dice your WHAT (the transformation)?
6 While these may seem like simple questions, the answers are foundational to your success. (Yes, Really) The first 3 questions become the reference materials you use for anything you want to put in front of people. They are the foundation for all of your marketing materials (more on that later) WHO - Transforms into an ideal client profile you use on your website. WHAT - Becomes your system that you can easily share with others WHY - Shared in your mission and biography And the last 2 questions come together to create offers based off your chosen business model. WHERE - Becomes the business model you will use to deliver your offer. HOW - Turns into the content you will sell.
7 Sustainability is important because it s really hard to serve others when your resources are depleted. And it s not just about money, but also your time & energy. The good news is that it s simple to create consistent 5-figure months, and eventually a 6- or even 7-figure business. The Biggest Mistake People Make When It Comes To Sustainability: They reinvent the wheel every time. When every new client gets a custom program it s difficult to create a consistent customer experience, which can lead to in-consistent outcomes & results. And it generally makes it harder for potential new clients to see you as the expert they want to invest in, because you haven t claimed your expertise. It doesn t need to be that way. You Can Leverage a Signature System The reality is that even if you do offer custom programs or offers, you ARE already taking people through a process, even if it isn t written down. When you create, and own your system your business (and you) can then standout in the market place. It also helps you to be seen as the expert wizard that you are, which leads to quicker sales and higher overall revenue. But this doesn t need to be hard just document what you are already doing with clients. Think of this as a checklist. The goal of the list to achieve a specific result or transformation (from the What in the last step.) There may be different exercises, worksheets, or training you provide based on the needs of the person in front of you however those are just the tools you have available to complete the goal in the process.
8 One of the best ways to scale your business is to evaluate your business model. When it comes to your business model, there are 4 areas to consider: Infrastructure, Customers, Offers, & Revenue Streams. Up until this point, you likely used the one-to-one business model with your signature system. What s really great about this model is that the infrastructure is minimal, the income is often greater (usually $2k+ per sign-up), and it has a fast learning curve - you get a chance to test out both the content for the offer and the customer segment. But once your calendar gets almost full (about 75% or more), you may be ready to shift your business to a more leveraged model. And here is where I see people make A Big Scaling Mistake Over and over again I ve seen business owners try to jump to a highly leveraged business model because they see their mentor doing it that way. The reality is that most of the big named business owners offering highly leveraged programs in your niche started with a more simplistic approach first. If you don t understand where your business currently is in relationship to the business model that you are wanting to adopt, then you are going to waste resources (both time and money) to create an offers that won t work for you or your clients.
9 The #1 Best Strategy To Scale Your Business The hands-down BEST way to grow and scale your business is actually the simplest Document the heck out of your business back-end. Just as you can t serve all your clients 1:1, you also can t run your business without some outside help. If you are like me, you are likely a control enthusiast. Your business is your baby and you may find it challenging to delegate tasks out to others, or even trust someone else! However, when you have every step documented, it can free you of the no one will do it like me voice, because THEY WILL do it just like you when they follow the steps.
10 Signal is all about visibility and being seen by your clients. I know it may seem odd that I have visibility showing up (pun intended) so late in the list of steps but realistically, until you are actually ready to shift away from 1:1 work being your primary source of income your marketing vehicles don t need to be very fancy. Up until this point, you have done the basics of marketing to be seen and to add people to your list. But realistically, if your 1:1 services are $500/ per month, then working with ~17 people a year gets you to 6-figures. And if we assume that the 17 is 1% of your list, that means you have less than 2,000 active names on it. (And I know MANY businesses who serve more than 17 people with lists of less than 500.) But once you ve tested your leveraged program, it s time to fill it preferably on rinse and repeat. Good News Turning Up The Volume Is Simple You may not have thought of it this way before, but even your current list-building freebie is using a specific strategy. So let s take a look at your current freebie and see if there is a different evolution for it, to help you turn up the volume. Perhaps you have a PDF that can morph into a 3-part video series or webinar (or vice versa). In this case, that s simply a shift in infrastructure. Or Maybe you like your PDF, but you could change the call to action to direct people from a phone call to an automated webinar. This isn t about reinventing the wheel here, go back to your signature system and see what NEW sliver of information you can present to your current or even a new segment of potential clients. (The skies the limit here.)
11 When you are confident in your business it feels like you are soaring high above the ground. And that is all Mindset which is the most important of all the steps. The Biggest Mindset Mistake Entrepreneurs Make: Feel they need to do more or need to know more before they can show up and serve others. It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities. ~ Albus Dumbledore Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. You don t need to be perfect or have it all figured out YET. Your clients just need you to be on your path and at least a 1-2 steps ahead of them. Basically, You just need to feel that you DO know what you are doing and can help others. But sometimes that s not the easiest to believe. That s why I have a list of activities that shift my energy to that place where I feel like a rock-star. My list includes specific songs for dance parties or just singing, go for a walk outside, pet the cat, play with my son you get the picture right? Now the key to making a great list, is to ONLY create it when you already feel like a rock star. That s because when you are already feeling in that peek state, it s easy to come up with more things that keep you there. If you need to kick start your list, start with mine and adjust it for yourself.
