1 Hello, How to reinvigorate and grow Your business by finding your Ideal customers The key to new growth and thriving Marlon here. Imagine this: Orders are pouring in. Your Paypal account is growing. Man, it s exciting. It s exhilarating. Life is good! This all started when you took a look at where you WERE and where you WANTED to be today.

2 It all started when you thought about WHO is your ideal client and how do you ATTRACT them. It all started when you began to UPDATE and MODERNIZE, so you can grow and thrive. Your graphics. Your branding. Your ideas. Who your ideal clients are. Things change over time. Changing with the times is KEY! Now, I ll tell you what. When I was 30, I could change on a dime. I really could. I had nothing to lose. Being over 50 now, I don t find change so easy. Yet, I m changing. Why? Because I realize a few things: 1. Your mission has room to GROW and THRIVE. I have people to help. And yes, valuable products to create and sell. Ideas I have not yet MANIFESTED. I dare say you do also. Maybe you used to manifest in a huge way. But life got in the way. Or maybe you ve never put wings under your dreams and made them fly. 2. The day you stop growing is the day you start dying. I m no fan of the winter of life. It probably scares the heck out of me to grow older.

3 It s not something I relish. Losing power. The ability to control. The ability to CREATE and DO. I have a LOT to do before I m ready for the fall and winter of life. My vision is not yet complete. What about you? What about your vision? Are you done? Should people just stick a fork in you? Or do you have more to do? 3. If you don t update your ideas, update your products, update your thinking and your actions, then you risk crossing the Tipping Point. You know what the tipping point is? Things go along and seem like they aren t changing. Then boom! They change all of a sudden. This worked in your favor when you were young. You pushed. You networked. You made things happen. And at some point you crossed that line to success. But it can work against you if you don t KEEP CREATING. Keep making it work for you. You either CREATE or you fall victim to ATROPHY. Don t be a victim. Keep growing and creating.

4 Marlon, I Have a Dream Or a Vision Of How I Want My Business and Life To Be. How Do I Manifest It? Let s get down to the real stuff. Maybe you ve never crossed that Tipping Point the first time. Or it s been so long ago you ve forgotten. How do you REINVIGORATE? How do you update, re-brand and GROW? 1. Understanding WHO your ideal client is today Your ideal client of YESTERDAY isn t necessarily who you want to serve today with your products, your services, your ideas. For me in the past I attracted people who were stone cold broke. Because when I started out, that s how it was for me. And I STILL support and have a hand of help for those who struggle. I have many products to help and serve them. This is really a sub-brand for me. I may call it the STRUGGLE TO SUCCESS brand. You begin with struggle and work your way up to success through understanding the core methods of marketing that put wings under your dreams and make them fly. 5 If you re a struggler you re concerned with $$$ right now, today. Immediate cash to stop the debt and bleeding. So all this talk below of branding may not communicate to you. The WAY OUT is to learn marketing, not to jump on with shortterm gimmicks or programs that promise fast, easy, no-brainer cash. That s the allure. The Song of the Sirens. Succumb and a year from today you ll be no further along. The way out is covering all the marketing bases. Doing the basics really, really darned well. All the things I talked about in Amazing Formula. THOSE are the things you get really good at. Especially the pitch. Lol. You have to be able to SELL via sales letters, video sales letters, webinars or on the phone. The art of the pitch. Ahhh yes. It is the door to money and your future. And getting from struggle to success. I have another brand in mind which is the up-and-comers brand. I have a lot of wisdom and help to the go-getting, up-and-comers who might want some sage advice from someone who has been there and done that. But the market I want to attract is for a brand I ll call REINVIGORATION. TODAY, I know there are guys and gals who have already been there and done it. Or have some expertise to sell and market.

6 And they need to REINVIGORATE life into their dream or get a new dream. 2. New images and typography to support your brand or sub-brands You need to CREATE new images and typography to serve your newly defined audiences. FIRST you define the new audiences. THEN for each audience you create images and typography to support that brand. I have a BIG JOB ahead of me in this regard. I m still thinking through how I ll do all of it. Oh my goodness. MYTH: BRANDING DOESN T MATTER One of my friends who is a great marketer and someone I really like posted on Facebook how in his industry, he feels people who brand don t make any money. He doesn t understand what branding is. Your BRAND is the PROMISE of value you make to customers. That s what your brand is. Images and typography, voice, words, messages everything else supports that big promise. My friend has a very distinct voice both in tonality and tone. He has very specific messages and words. And yes, he has images and type that supports that, as plain jane as it is.

7 I was taught in the old days that branding doesn t matter. In truth, you can t NOT brand. If you SELL, you BRAND. Why? Because you STAND for something to your customers. That s why. You have an essential promise you make. I was taught in direct response that the only thing that mattered was response and sales. But we live in a world that is more and more visual. Your brand is what creates TRUST and CREDIBILITY. I m NOT talking about running endless branding ads that are practically mindless like some big companies do. We STILL are direct response driven but BRAND AWARE. 3. Creating and Launching ideas, Content, Tools and Systems to Support Your New, Clearly Defined Audience or Audiences. This is the PAYDAY. But it s a whole new focus. This is what I m doing and working on behind the scenes. I m wanting to attract people who aren t powerless and desperate. Who have built things before. Maybe not an Internet marketing business but SOME business. You re a doer. A creator. A builder. You just need a little guidance or inspiration to get back on track. Or maybe you have expertise or ability but need to turn that into an Internet business.

10 THAT is why I created Product Dashboard. Now, it s really the APPLICATION of the product creation part of Gimme My Money Now, which is the action plan for Amazing Formula. In Gimme, I teach to do a 12-product survey, create a FAST audio product, TEST it with a KSL and roll it out via affiliate traffic. That model applies TODAY every bit as much as when I originally created the model. What I FOUND was Gimme presented the IDEAS but not enough of the mechanics on HOW to DO the fast audio products for some people to be able to implement it. So I said, Hey, let me REALLY help people by putting this into a step-by-step how to. Again, I KNOW you want to know, Marlon, is it out of date? The answer is again, I teach EVERGREEN stuff. It s basic. Find your target audience. Do a survey. Find out what they want. Create a FAST audio product and see if it SELLS. That s the whole concept. A few SMALL details may have changed like the VERSION of Audacity you use I m sure has changed. It doesn t matter. It s the BASICS that matter. THAT is the concept behind Product Dashboard. Survey > Create audio > TEST FAST. If it sells, roll with it and roll out an affiliate program. If it doesn t, do the NEXT ONE. Get all the basics on how to do graphics the REAL WAY using PSD s from Photoshop Elements, so later you can graduate to full-blown Photoshop. This is very basic but really, really good training in just the core stuff you need to START OUT with. This is training wheels for graphic design. You won t become a pro overnight. But this gets you on the RIGHT PATH and that is the PURPOSE. We updated screen caps last year. None of the basics in Photoshop Elements change much. You got a lasso. Paint bucket. Patterns. Gradients. This is what we teach here. BASICS. To me, if you re really SERIOUS and don t want to just hire out all graphics, you need this. Get training wheels to walk you through my famous 12-step formula I taught around the world in 120 seminars Fill in the blanks and click a button. The ORIGINAL fill-in-the-blanks letter software. This is NOT about magically creating sales letters. It s like TRAINING WHEELS for my 12- step formula to FORCE you to use it and walk through the process

11 mentally. I found in teaching this in 120 seminars that people would not actually DO the formula I taught. So I decided to create a way to FORCE FEED it. THAT is why I created Push Button Letters that then spawned the whole entire genre of sales letter creation software, MOST of it sold as a magic pill without understanding the GOAL which is to get you to MENTALLY PROCESS and walk through a precise, step-by-step FORMULA. Need a target market? If you re struggling to find a target market, I think this can help. It isn t the ONLY thing you need. It isn t like the answer. But I really think if you delve into the tool it talks about that you can really gain a deeper understanding of what is SELLING in the market. That is the purpose of it.
