6 People are NOT one-size fits all Food for thought, how would you like to live in a house that was specifically designed with the majority in mind? Let s say it s full of neutral colors, square-type furniture, and beige carpeting everywhere. How many of you would be satisfied to live the rest of your life in a house that was designed for everyone? Go ahead and type yes or no in the chat box

7 Your Sales Process Will Depend On the Person On the Other End Keep it simple. On your strategy calls/sales calls ask them about the one problem they are looking to find a solution to. That is the problem you will focus on during the call. When they tell you that problem write it down. Define whether it is an emotional, physical, financial, or even mental. If it s not having enough clients why is that a problem? If it s fear of visibility what are some of the mindset blocks that come up. Listen for repeating words and phrases. What are some of the words they say over and over again. Overwhelm, blocked, not enough, burnt out, etc.

8 Dig Down Deep Many times I find the problem people come to me for, is just scratching the service. We have to get to the heart of it all in order to find a solution that works for them. Ask open ended questions. Anything that begins with How and Can you explain is a good place to start. You want them to do most of the talking at the beginning, so that you can take notes and help them get to the real dilemma of it all.

9 Give them a solution and next steps Many times we don t go right into the how of their problem and just give them the what. This is where your beginning intention is crucial. You re there to support and help first and foremost you re not there with the intention of just selling. Keep in mind that it s much easier to pitch a sale if they are a good fit for the service. If you re finding that you don t have a product or service they could use, then don t offer it. Instead refer them to other resources, and even affiliates (which reminds me don any of you have affiliates?). After you ve given them the how (and only if they re a good fit for your programs) ask them this, I have a wonderful next step for you that I feel would help you even further. Do you have a minute so I can share this?

10 Make an offer Don t be shy make the offer and be authentic in your offer If you don t like the term selling or sales use a different term. For example, I want to invite you to my program Get More Clients Now. Tell them the part of the program/service that is perfect for them (and helps them with their bigger problem). Ask them what they think after you ve made your offer/invited them
