24 Bathroom Pod Depression Trimble Points were identified by the plumbing subcontractor, the concrete subcontractor, and Skanska. Plumbing subcontractor owns the sleeve positions of the drain, sanitary, and vent lines. The drain was the most critical to align with the prefab bathroom being set in the depression. Concrete subcontractor had to maintain 1 oversize and ensure he was spot on as the curtain wall is ½ from the back prefab wall. Skanska owns setting the prefab pod, so they had to maintain the layout inside the depression.

25 4 MEP Overhead Racks

26 Overhead MEP Rack 1. All Overhead MEP Racks were coordinated in the MEP Coordination. 2. After coordination was complete in each zone, manufacturing drawings were made of each individual rack. 3. Multiple Racks are assembled in the warehouse one at a time and then broken apart. 4. Racks are reinstalled on site and lifted into the final position.

31 Headwalls Manufacturing Drawings PRESENTERS: Constructed by Modular Services in Oklahoma and shipped to the jobsite in three pieces for easy transport Nemours/Alfred to the floor. I. Dupont Hospital for Children Jeff Kent, Managing Director of Corporate Facilities, Nemours Foundation All electrical will have an accessible junction box for the electrical sub to Skanska hook into above the ceiling. FKP Architects All the medical gas will be cap, sealed, clean, and inspected and will stick up through the top for connection. Kristin Ledet, IIDA, Senior Vice President Michael McVay, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Vice President The headwall is UL Listed. Owner, Blake Propst, architect, Assoc, engineers, AIA, EDAC, and associated Project Manager subcontractors performed mock-up reviews.
