No consideration shall be allowed for increase (extras) to the Contract Price due to failure of the Contractor or Subcontractor not being familiar with this addendum. 4. The Bidder will insert in the Tender Form the numbers of the addenda received by him/her during the tendering period and taken into account by him/her in preparing the Tender.
