1 General Conditions: 1. Field measurements must be taken to verify existing conditions prior to installation. 2. Deliver and set in place all food service equipment as specified herein, including that which is reasonably inferred, with all related items necessary to complete work shown on contract drawings and/or required by these specifications. 3. All work and materials shall be in full accordance with Local and State ordinance and with any prevailing rules and regulations. 4. Equipment shall conform to latest standards of National Electric Manufacturers Association and of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc., and shall bear the U.L. label. 5. Items of food service equipment furnished shall conform to standards of National Sanitation Foundation, Ann Arbor, Michigan, and shall bear the N.S. F. seal. 6. Food service equipment shall be installed in accord with N.S.F. standards. 7. Work and materials shall be in compliance with requirements of applicable codes, ordinances and regulations, including but not limited to those of Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), National Fire Protection Association, State Fire Marshall, State Accident Commission, U.S. Public Health Service, State Board of Health, local health codes, etc. 8. No extra charge will be paid for furnishing items required by regulations, even though such may not be shown on drawings or called for in these specifications. 9. Rulings and interpretations of enforcing agencies shall be considered part of regulations. 10. Warranty: All equipment to be warranted for one (1) year, parts and labor. However, manufacturer s warranty shall prevail when the period is longer than one year. 11. Train owner on use and maintenance of all equipment. 12. Submit shop drawings for Owner s approval. 13. Provide maintenance manuals. Page 1 of 5

Five individual hot food wells with pre-wired controls, voltage characteristics as scheduled. Wells to be dry\moist, with manifold and valve in accessible location. C. Counter Extension, 14", see plan D. 6 stainless steel adjustable legs. E. Solid V type tray slide, set at 30 inches high. F. Cord and plug set, Daisy chain to single point connection. G. Plastic laminate facing or powder coated panels, color to be as selected by Owner. I. Line-up locks. J. Counter to be 36 inches high. Page 2 of 5

ITEM 3 SNEEZE GUARD QUANTITY AS SCHEDULED Provide fixed protector guard with the following features: A. 1" diameter tubular aluminum frame. B. 1/4" tempered glass panel front. C. 3/8 glass top panels. D. Glass corners on 1 radius. E. Size as indicated on plan and schedule. F. End panels where required. G. Designer finish frame and brackets as selected by owner. H. Counter mounting kit, as recommended by manufacturer. I. Fluorescent lighting Guard to be English, Model MA-112-2, or Versa-Guard, or BSI. ITEM 4 COLD FOOD COUNTER QUANTITY AS SCHEDULED Provide cold food counter having the following features: B. 39" x 21.62" x 7" deep Bloomington style cold pan. Sized as shown on plan. Design to comply with NSF standard No. 7. C. Drain with valve D. Reinforced stainless steel enclosed base C. Plastic laminate facing or powder coated panels, color to be as selected by Owner.
