9 General Information : The Project Bohiwada Consists of Phase 1 ( 2024 Flats) & Phase 2 (1577 Flats) The Phase 1 consists of Six Towers: Wing A, B, C, D, E & F. Each Tower - G+23 Tower. 10 Project Strategy: Sub-Structure: Pile Foundation. Superstructure: The Ground floors of all the blocks shall be done by Conventional method, Since it is designed for carrying the loads of cantilever portion of the building on both sides. First floor to 23rd floor shall be constructed with precast elements. The above terrace works shall be constructed conventionally. Finishes: Finishes of all floors except WC & bath shall be done at site.
