All type shall be set exactly as specified. Substitutions will only be accepted, at the DESIGNER S discretion, where they match the specified typeface in every detail. The FABRICATOR should be aware that different versions of typesetting equipment may not satisfactorily match specified typefaces and in such instances will not be acceptable. (a) Signs shall be located to take advantage of natural terrain, to minimize impacts on scenic environment and to avoid visual conflicts with other signs, trees and lampposts within the City right-of-way.
