Always use a soft surface (such as carpet or cardboard) when assembling your product to avoid scratching or damaging the surface of the product.! Bulky items such as wardrobes and bunk beds should be assembled in the room they will be used in as they may not fit through a door once assembled.! Never use any glue until you are certain that the parts belong together.! Periodically check and re-tighten all fasteners. Check the product care label or website for product care instructions.! 5 Step 1 H8 H12 18 x Screws (H8) 3 x Right Slide Rail (H12) H8 3 x Left Slide Rail (H11) H11 P2 P1 - Attach and fix 3 x Left Slide Rails (H11) to Panel (P1) using 9 x Screws(H8). - Attach and fix 3 x Right Slide Rails (H12) to Panel (P2) using 9 x Screws(H8). 6 Step 3 4 x Large Cam Nuts () 3 x Large Dowels () P4 This is how a cam nut works... The head of the cam bolt goes into the open mouth of the cam nut. You then turn the cam nut so it tightens over the bolt. - Insert 3 x Large Dowels () into Panel (P4). - Attach and fix Panel (P4) to Panel (). - Insert 4 x Large Cam Nuts () into Panel (),make sure the arrow is pointing to the hole. -Turn the Large Cam Nut () 90 clockwise to tighten. Step 4 P1 8 x Large Cam Nuts () 5 x Large Dowels () P4 P7 P5 P6 P1 - Insert 5 x Large Dowels () into Panel (P1). - Attach and fix Panels ()&(P4),(P5),(P6),(P7) to Panel(P1). - Insert 8 x Large Cam Nuts () into Panels (),(P4),(P5),(P6),(P7), make sure the arrow is pointing to the hole. -Turn the Large Cam Nut () 90 clockwise to tighten. 7 Step 5 8 x Large Cam Nuts () P2 5 x Large Dowels () P7 P4 P6 P8 P8 P5 - Insert 2 x Panels (P8) into grooves in Panels (P4),(P5),(P6). - Insert 5 x Large Dowels () into Panels (),(P4),(P6),(P7). - Attach and fix Panel (P2) to Panels (),(P4),(P5),(P6),(P7). - Insert 8 x Large Cam Nuts () into Panels (),(P4),(P5),(P6),(P7), make sure the arrow is pointing to the hole. -Turn the Large Cam Nut () 90 clockwise to tighten. Step 6 24 x Small Cam Bolts (H3) H3 H3 H3 - Screw 8 x Small Cam Bolts (H3) to Panels (),(),() as shown. PAGE 7

8 Step 7 12 x Small Cam Nuts 6 x Small Dowels (H10) (H4) H4 H10 - Insert 2 x Small Dowels (H10) into Panel (). - Attach Panels ()&() to Panel () as shown. - Insert 4 x Small Cam Nut (H4) into Panel (), make sure the arrow is pointing to the hole. - Turn the Small Cam Nut (H4) 90 clockwise to tighten. H10 H4 Step 8 P14 6 x Large Screws (H5) 6 x Medium Screws (H6) P15 H6 P14 - Attach Panel (P15) to Panel (P14) using 2 x Medium Screws (H6). - Attach Panels (P14)&(P15) to Panel () using 2 x Large Screws (H5). 9 Step 9 H10 H4 12 x Small Cam Nuts 6 x Small Dowels (H10) (H4) H10 H4 -Insert Panel () into Grooves in Panels ()&(). - Insert 2 x Small Dowels (H10) into Panel (). - Attach Panel () to Panels ()&(). - Insert 4 x Small Cam Nut (H4) into Panel () &() make sure the arrow is pointing to the hole. -Turn the Small Cam Nut (H4) 90 clockwise to tighten. Step x Small Screws (H7) 3 x Left Slider (H13) H7 H13 H7 3 x Right Slider (H14) H14 - Attach and fix 1 x Left Slider (H13) to Panels () using 3 x Small Screws(H7). - Attach and fix 1 x Right Slider (H14) to Panels () using 3 x Small Screws(H7).
